As soon as I walked into customer service, at 8:03pm mind you, I wad told they were closed. With a confused face I said, OH customer service closes at 8pm now? She said they did today, the last person just went home. I said, so how do I get my return or exchange processed? She said come back tomorrow or drive to Macedonia, they close at 9pm. I was so annoyed, angry and over it. These companies are so nonchalant about their shortcomings, yet so blatant about the lack of service they intend to provide. I don't even like Walmart, but they are thr only pla e that reliably carry Rockit apples and thr Texas Roadhouse dinner rolls. If I have to check myself out, I should get an employee discount because at this point I work here. Don't go to this location. The shelves are bare, the workers up front in the self check out are just standing around shooting the ish. There was one worker that was friendly. That's why they got an extra star.

This is the fourth time I have walked in and out of the store due to their lack of customer service and lack of registers open to take care of customers. It was just a convenience to stop here they really have very little that I would ever come for purposefully and this was the final straw. I think for chances to get it right into satisfy me as a customer is plenty for any retail outlet. Bon voyage target you'll never see any more of my money!

I needed clothes for a teenager. I used to get clothes all the time here, but it has gone way downhill. The women's/teen clothing section is half the size it used to be. All of the clothes are so picked over. We could only find one medium normal looking shirt. We could only find one coat in the right size. It's also a mess with clothes everywhere. I was also disappointed that they still don't have self check out like other Targets do. We didn't check out the rest of the store, but I would definitely not recommend coming here for any clothing. It felt more like shopping at Walmart than Target (and I hate Walmart).

Over the years, my Mom and I have bought several rings and other pieces from the jewelry department. I often gravitate towards bigger gemstone pieces and this Kohl's always has a nice selection of quality stones and chains, "big" pieces (life it too short to wear dainty jewelry) and several options to customize certain pieces. From opals to pearls to amethysts and diamonds, they always have interesting rings, bracelets and necklaces in stock. Combined with Kohl's cash or other promotions, I've bought some very beautiful pieces of the years. You might never think to adventure to Kohl's for fine jewelry, but they honestly have a very interesting selection! I was pretty startled by the interaction as I just wanted to get the jacket and get out of there. It quickly made the exciting experience of getting a cute item not so pleasurable. I loved the purchase, but a little hesitant about returning due to the poor customer service that was provided in such a short time exchange.

Haven is a cute little place in Chagrin Falls…read more The inside is very minimalistic. They have a small section of jewelry and scarves, and it doesn't take long to get through the store. Haven is sort of off the main drag from the rest of Chagrin Falls and the store is set back a little next to a bank (I believe). Its evident they've handpicked all their items to be displayed, and the owners have clearly crafted a vision for their store. When I visited, all the clothing in the store was very tiny. As a tall person, this made it difficult for me to find anything long enough. I get the fitted look, but fitted doesn't always work when you're tall. They did have some beautiful printed dresses but only had them in small sizes. Maybe I just caught them on a weird day... who knows. I hear they do personal styling, which some of my friends have done and been very happy with. While I couldn't leave with anything, its overall still a nice shop to come peruse some beautiful items.

Two weed wackers were delivered. One was shown as shipped from "Warehouse," Hardeeville SC, the other from Walmart.com, Bethlehem PA. Walmart sent an email notice of "deluivery" with a picture showing the two boxes on our lawn. Usually (well more than half the time), such "confirmation" pictures shows items on my neighbor's porch, hundreds of yards north. I opened both boxes. Neither tool came with a battery charger, only important if you want to actually use the tool, which I did. In checking the emails for the sale, i confirmed by order of one battery-powered electric weedwacker. I also found thatzWalmart had charged me the $39.95 agred AND $79.95 FOR THE UNORDERED WEED WACKER. Since neither tool could be used, I contacted Walmart "customer service," fought through the idiot computer, got to a rep and was promised "bar codes" would be emailed that i could print out to allow return of the two weed wackers to my local Walmart for refund of $119.45 ($39.95 + $79.50). When only one "bar code" was emailed, I called again, managed to get past the idiot computer again, only to be told no refund at all would be given for the non-function intems, one of which I had not ordered per my recollection AND PER THE EMAIL SALES "CONFIRMATION." Since then, Walmart has: 1) refused to reimburse the full about they charged to my Mastercard; 2) claimed that only one weed wacker was sent (So why charge for two?); 3) claimed that one weed wacker was returned (Neither returned since evidence andunable ti=o return both); and 4) claimed that they, "Walmart.com" is not the seller at all. So much for Walmart's integrity and claimed 'ninety-day return policy."

Every year for Christmas, my family sponsors a family in need. We always come here to look for fuzzy blankets, stuffed animals (they always carry GIANT unicorns, teddy bears, etc) personal care products, toys and hearty linens. We are always able to walk away with a variety of fun treasures to include as holiday gifts for our adopted family. The store is kept clean and as Debra pointed out, it appears to have been newly remodeled in 2019. From furniture to holiday decor, toys and cleaning products, you can about finding anything here at discount prices. I can't speak highly enough of their name brand bargains around the holidays, which allow us to go the extra mile in spoiling our adopted family. We always leave with a full cart!
