They did an incredibly clean and professional job, and the price was amazing. Compared to what I was quoted at an official Tesla Collision Center, it was around 2/5 of the price -- maybe even less. I don't know much about cars myself, but when I told friends and people around me how much I paid for the repair, everyone had the same reaction: "Wow, that's actually a really good price." On top of that, everyone here was genuinely kind, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. Great workmanship, great price, and great people. Definitely one of the best body shop experiences I've had in the Bay Area. Big shout-out to 1st Collision Body Shop! Highly recommended!

Not only were they efficient, quick, reliable, & did an amazing job, they were so kind and everyone made sure I was already taken care of. !!!DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMING TOW COMPANY!!!…read more My car stopped on the freeway today so i called chp and they called a tow for me. The tow truck pulls up and gets the quote for me. He comes back from a phone call and says its $328 per hour. It was a tow from approx Winton exit in Hayward going to Alameda so i'm thinking ok just have to do that. It shouldn't be more than half an hour. So we get to my house where we're dropping my cat and im told payment is collected before dropped. Cool. I say ok whats that about 30min? Does it start once we start driving or when you hook up the car? And he says let me see. He proceeds to call his dispatch and returns with the info that it starts once chp calls them. First piece of info that caught me off guard. This is something that should have been made clear in the beginning. He then puts me on the phone with his dispatcher. SHE IS RUDE. Tried to explain how the price was misleading and that I should have been made aware of when the clock starts etc etc and she totally dismisses me. i ask to speak to her supervisor. He gets on the phone and i explain to him my concerns and then he tells me that the price STARTS AT $328 AN HOUR. Thats the base price. So regardless of driving an hour or just 15min its STILL $328 and then he tells me that even being on the phone now that the clock is still ticking. I felt so scammed by them with the dishonesty. Companies need to be transparent with their prices and how they charge BEFOREHAND, not after. The driver himself was awesome and i made it aware to him that my frustrations were not aimed at him and that he should probably work for a more honest company. Please ask more questions before getting the tow. Don't learn the hard way like me and get scammed.

After I…read moregot into a multi-car accident and my car was sandwiched between two vehicles, I was stressed, confused, and honestly didn't even know where to start. From towing, to getting my car to the auto shop, to just understanding what was happening with my claim, Francis was there every step of the way. She went above and beyond what I ever expected. She kept me updated, explained every step clearly, and made sure I never felt lost in the process. In fact, she gave me more clarity, support, and peace of mind than my own insurance company did. She didn't just do her job--she cared, and that made all the difference. People don't realize how meaningful it is to have someone patient, kind, and reliable helping you after an accident--but I'm truly grateful I had Francis. She made a stressful situation so much easier to handle, and I can't thank her enough.

I had an issue of unlocking my car since my battery died and the mechanical driver side cylinder…read moredidn't work when using the key. I drive a 2014 Honda Civic and normally use an electronic key fob. Within the Honda fob, there is a backup key and that didn't work when unlocking my car, which is another issue not related to Elite Tow. Elite Tow eventually understood my situation and gave me a quote for "Car Lock Out." I said thanks after hearing the price and wanted to see what other Tow companies charged. Five phone calls later with different quotes, Elite Tow was the cheapest option with the best reviews according to Yelp. I gave a call back, and my helper, David instantly greeted me with my name that I previously gave him - bonus points for him. I gave him my address and he came on time. Five minutes later after a few conversations, he opened my car. I popped open my hood, bump started the car with my external car charger, and BOOM! BACK IN BUSINESS! I then asked David on how he accepted payment and he didn't have any Stripe option, nor did I think I had the actual cash on hand. However, since he did have an iPhone, I asked if he had Apple Pay. He didn't have it setup, but suggested that I send a payment through the phone number there. Sure enough, he got the payment and we both went on to the rest of our day - sweet! Side note - there is one thing that I like to to critique. I would suggest that David encourages other customers, like myself, to look up on the website and find the "Pay Here" button. I forgot about it on the spot, but wondered about that when trying to navigate things. I can definitely see someone who is much older, like people in their 70s, to figure out on how to do "mobile" payments if they themselves don't have a smart phone and are trying to pay someone on the spot. Other than that, everything was great! Thank you David and your team! Your help was professional and much appreciated. I will suggest and recommend Elite Tow for a first time customer experience. Cheers!

I've been taking my car to A&S Auto Body Shop for repairs over the past few years, and their service has always been outstanding. After having terrible repair experiences elsewhere, I truly appreciate the honesty and reliability of this shop. Before finding this place, I had visited a well known European Autotech and Big O. Not only did they overcharge, but they also pulled some shady tricks,i had two tires that were practically new, yet they insisted all four needed replacing and didn't even return the two good ones to me. Sure enough, less than seven months later, I had a blowout on my way to Berkeley. When I went back to European Autotech at San Ramon, they claimed there was absolutely no warranty coverage. It was outrageous,I will never go back to that shop again. A and S Body Shop is a completely different story. Their pricing is always fair and transparent,in fact, I usually shop around and get quotes from a few places, and A& S consistently offers the best rates. Even better, the quality of their work is superb. No upselling, no nonsense, just solid, trustworthy, professional service. If you're looking for a shop that won't rip you off and truly stands behind the quality of its work, this is the place to go. Without a doubt, they deserve a five star rating.
