Amazing Dr & Staff!!…read more I first met Dr.Heller and his staff last year when I inquired about having a breast reduction with a lift and smaller implants, along with liposuction. It will be a year this May since I had the liposuction, I achieved such great results! Dr Heller just did my Mastopexy. To shed some light, about 14 years ago I had implants done by another surgeon. I went from a B to a D cup. They looked great but too big for my frame. The last 5 years they've sagged significantly, leaving me so self conscious, heavinesses in my chest along with a 34 DDD cup. Also, I had the following, a double bubble deformity, capsular contracture & a ruptured implant. Dr. Heller asked me what I did not like about my appearance, and what would my overall goal be. I said, I am too big, and would love to be half the size I am now. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done to achieve my goal And we booked my surgery. I had the best experience with his Amazing Staff for both surgeries. Every time I called whether it was pre opt, or post opt, they were there to answer all my questions. They are all so knowledgeable in what they do! Thank you girls, you should be so proud of yourselves for delivering the best care, on and offsite fir all your patients. Overall, I am truly fascinated with Dr. Heller! He is compassionate. He truly has his patient's best interests! His skills are Amazing! And he delivers such great results! (I'm not even healed yet and I am so happy with my results)! He explains exactly what he has to do and addresses all your questions and concern like it's nothing! And will always call you back even during non working hours if needed. Thank you Dr Heller & Staff! I will be sure to recommend you to all my family and friends! All the Best, Andrea C.

I was recently referred to the office on West 19th street for several procedures…read more I arrived very excited to receive fillers so that my lips can look fuller, and receive fillers under my eyes to remove the bags underneath. Needless to say my experience turned out very poorly! I am writing you to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the finished product & the treatment I received from "Hazel", the individual that performed the "work done" with the hopes you can help remedy this situation. Hazel arrived over an hour late, was rushed, and completely disconnected from the task at hand. Given this was my first time getting fillers it would've been helpful for Hazel to properly explain what to expect. More directly, she used one syringe and the bags were never removed. The area underneath my eyes looked worse - even after 2 weeks. I called several times to make a follow up appointment, & sent pictures. On the second visit I was treated with "radio frequency" and Hazel admitted that she should've used 2 syringes and threw away the remainder of the 1st syringe during the first visit. Another week passed, my eyes still bruised, and I decided to go back for a 3rd visit...to rectify this mess once and for all. Again, after I waited an hour and a half to meet with "Hazel" what I personally witnessed from "Hazel" (aside from whether the work was or wasn't performed correctly) was an utter lack of respect towards a customer. I respectfully expressed my displeasure politely and with legitimate concern ONLY. What I experienced back was language filled with passive aggression and insults. Hazel acted like trash. She was condescending, nasty, disrespectful, and petty. She wanted to go toe-to-toe with the customer instead of acting with empathy to try and alleviate my concerns. At times Hazel threw her hands up in the air with disgust, told me - SHE (Hazel) was unhappy, her time was being wasted, told me to "do whatever I want about complaining or another procedure" and could care less how I felt. I even said I would take my grievances online and to social media and I was told go do whatever. Never in all my years of visiting doctors offices have I seen a professional person act in such a disgraceful manner. I am informing everyone on Yelp because I cannot see how logical it would be for you a business owner in New York City to allow someone to represent their business in that manner. Don't trust your face, your body, or anything with a place that doesn't respect you. Thank You for Listening
