The doctor and her assistant assured me that the only way to fix it was too put the filler to lift the cheek so eye bags will lift as well. They reassured me that it is the only solution to my problem, and I went through the procedure. There was swelling but the doctor said it will go away. I had a follow up appointment a few weeks after, the doctor reassured I that it will go away. About 3,5 months later I was still swollen. By that, I mean people could even notice and tell me they see 'bumps'. I scheduled appointment with them to ask for help( the appointment booking system goes through text messages with her assistant) but..... When I showed up at the office, NO ONE WAS THERE. I have had compliments regarding my breasts and my stitches due to the fact that they were so neat and straight. I was searching for a surgeon within my insurance network and able to complete my surgery before the new year. There were various surgeons who did not meet the standards and Dr. Patel was highly recommended by another surgeon, and I can see why. She gave an appointment right away and was open to listening to what I had to say. One thing I truly appreciated and loved was that she was honest with me and did not show me her 5 star quality work only, but what can possibly happen, so that there wouldn't be any surprises. She made me feel very comfortable and excited to get the surgery done. Within 3-4 weeks of meeting her, I had my surgery completed and now I am healing. She was very open to me about what was taking place and when we were waiting for the insurance company, she was consistent on getting results. After my surgery, she checked in on me and the hospital she is affiliated with, did the same. the after care is amazing as well. I freaked out about a little blood, emailed her some pictures, asked questions and I got a response shortly after.
