It's now 2024 and I've only returned yearly for my annual exams/blood work/refills. Dr. Joudeh used to be awesome. He was attentive, caring, and listened. This last appointment was rather shocking. Not only did he have absolutely no memory of who I was - could have at least read my chart to see why I was there - but he questioned me about a medication I've been on for YEARS and that I should consider getting off of and, catch this, SMOKE Ayahuasca instead! Not just smoke, but do so on the ROOFTOP OF THE OFFICE AFTER HOURS with HIM and a 'small group of others' who meet up weekly. Are you serious? While I didn't feel Dr. Joudeh was coming onto me in a sexual way, what medical professional offers this as an option to any patient at a routine physical exam? Listen, I'm not an expert, but I sure as heck know that smoking 'Ayahuasca' isn't possible and that lacing something with synthetic DMT probably isn't a solid alternative. Also, the staff has really gone downhill. No one calls anymore to refill my script, give blood work details or test results. Every time my script is refilled it's always the wrong medicine - EVERY TIME. I have to call and change it. They charge my insurance for services I've never had. I have notified my insurance company as it feels like fraud. Testing my blood for HIV and STDs yearly is also something I ASKED them them NOT to do, but of course, every time, they do it. They told me its required by NYS - its not. Technically, I am supposed to sign off and STD and HIV testing as these are additional, elective services that are NOT required during a routine physical exam. Also, I have a gyno that handles any sex-life issues, tests, and questions. My personal information isn't just YOURS TO TAKE because I'm having my blood drawn. I'm still IN CHARGE of what tests I want performed, or so I thought. I was basically lied to. Second, things are not nearly as clean as they used be. I was nervous about having my blood drawn. There were three other nurses in the tiny room at the same time, all chatting and busy, while one just kinda took out a needle and wanted to get started. No masks, no gloves (which was the worst offense). I literally had to ask the nurse to 'please focus' as I want to make sure you have your shit together before you start putting needles in my arm. My uncle passed away from staff infection he obtained during a routine blood test - I was nervous. Nothing about this office is worth returning too. They used to be the BEST. Sad. Words are unable to describe her dedication to her job, and more than her job; by seeing the way in which she cares for each of her patients and the way in which she does not rest until resolving any complication, you are able to realize that more than a job, it is her persona. Her professionalism is evident, and her honesty and resilience are something every one of her patients should appreciate. Within this facility, I have met with many pediatric doctors and staff; however, after 18 consecutive years of visiting, I can not help but notice Dr. Paik's outstanding devotion to her vocation and her wholehearted commitment to every single one of her patients' well-being. Even though many state the wait is long, I believe that the wait is worth it when you can see results like the ones that Dr. Paik provides. Deceptive Billing, Unnecessary Blood Tests, and Public Humiliation…read more I scheduled my appointment through the clinic's website, which clearly stated the $300 fee included both the medical exam and completion of Form I-693. When I arrived, the receptionist confirmed this. Even the doctor told me--without me even asking--that the $300 covered both the appointment and the documentation. He said a blood test might be an additional charge and necessary to complete my I-693 which I agreed. I had already provided proof of all required vaccinations, and blood test that I got in another clinic and my insurance paid for it, so there was no medical reason to run any tests. Still, they mentioned one specific blood test, but then performed a different one that I did not need. When I returned to receive my results, I was suddenly told I had to pay another $300 to complete the documentation(form I-693) completely contradicting what both the website and staff had previously confirmed. When I questioned it, the receptionist began yelling at me in front of the entire waiting room and refused to finalize my paperwork unless I paid again. It was deeply unprofessional and humiliating. After leaving, I called the clinic to clarify. They told me the website was "wrong," and that the true cost was $300 for the exam and another $300 for the form (I-693) something never disclosed at any point. I requested a detailed, itemized bill showing the charges for both the appointment and filling the form but they refused. All they offered was a basic credit card receipt. When I finally received a billing summary, through email they cc two more people who could see all my bill and personal information, however they didn't disclose the charges and instead just sent me a total of due without specific information, so i had to request a disclosed bill and when I got it,they were charging me for hepatitis b, varicella and MMR titer and i had the vaccines for all these (I gave them my vaccine record including vaccines for these diseases so not blood test was necessary) This clinic is dishonest, lacks transparency, and operates unethically. They performed unnecessary medical procedures, changed prices after the fact, refused to provide proper billing, and publicly humiliated me. I strongly urge others to avoid this place at all costs

This was my first visit to Dr. Branovan and after an easy check in process at the front desk, I saw the doctor. He looked in my ear, throat, and put the camera device through my nose. We had a question and answer back and forth of my symptoms. He explained what he thinks is wrong with my ear and suggested treatment with antibiotics, two nasal sprays - followed by a CT Scan of my sinus. He then told me he knows exactly how I am feeling - as if my ear is under water when someone is speaking to me and he was spot on. (It made me feel great to hear him say that because it's a big fear when you don't know if a doctor can really understand what is bothering you). Additionally a huge thanks to Tatyana at the front desk for helping me with the CT Scan process and pharmacy information. I really don't know why anyone would give less than 5 stars. Because they waited a while? I personally didn't wait - and was seen on time but even if I had to wait - isn't that a testament of how good the doctor is that so many people want to see him?
