The kids were ecstatic to have the bounce house even longer than promised! Checkout on their website was super easy. They have tons of options to choose from. I felt prices were fair compared to other companies we've checked out. We decided to go with Jumpzees because of the awesome reviews they have on google. We had our reservation canceled because of rain, but the company did not force us to reschedule. They left the option completely up to us and offered 100% refund back to me. They immediately gained my trust and respect for that since a lot of companies like to hold your deposit hostage. Not Jumpzees though, they were super understanding and left the decision completely up to us and how we wanted to move forward. We decided to reschedule for the following weekend. They are super easy to work with and so, so friendly! We had kids from ages 2-13 on the bounce house with the slide and every single one of them had too much fun. The bounce house arrived completely cleaned! They are fast at setting up and taking down! I will definitely use Jumpzees again for another event. Thanks guys!

Excellent customer service! They dropped off the bounce house a little early, with my permission, and picked it up right on time. The kids enjoyed the extra time they had in the bounce house. The bounce house was clean and they sanitized it again after they set it up. I will definitely use this company every time I need a bounce house and would highly recommend them to anyone!

When I was done I received an a detailed email receipt then a day prior a phone call. They showed up exactly when they said and the set up took maybe 10 min and they were off. To start on the day of the party we contracted…read morethem for the driver showed up 20 minutes before the party to set up a large water slide, more irritating though was that we were unable to get ahold of anyone at the company for over 2 hours attempting to reach them by phone, email, and instagram message, finally after all of this we were contacted by the driver and informed he would be there in 30 min, which was closer to an hour. As annoying as this was the worst part was their pickup method. We told the driver they could pick up between 7 and 8PM if they needed to, 8 PM came, no driver, 9PM came, no driver, we figured they would be here in the morning, assuming so since this company is not big on communication. When I checked my backyard at 6AM I saw the slide was gone. I checked on my neighbors cameras and saw that the drivers showed up after 10PM and decided to trespass on my property and remove the slide. When I called the company to notify them I spoke with a receptionist and told her I needed to speak with the owner immediately, over 24 hours later still no response from the owner, I called them again and still no response from the owner. Apparently having their employees trespass in the middle of the night is not a big deal for this company! Save yourself the trouble and go with a professional company for your inflatables.
