I've rented a mic, speaker, speaker stand and aux cord from them in the past. For a full day this has cost me around $55-$60 each time. Their customer service is top notch! I mean that. Each time I've gotten off the phone with them or left their office, I am in awe of how kind and helpful their employees are. They always have a smile on their face, a positive tone in their voice, and an answer to my questions. While the products/services they offer are great, the real thing that makes me want to return and give them my business over and over again is their customer service. We thought paying $99 was a fair cost if it allowed us to preserve the condition of our bathroom! Last year we had a post-covid party and had to pay $199 for one of their units. Spendy, but again, we thought it would be worth it. When I enquired about reserving a unit this year for a small family gathering, I was given a quote of $399. Another doubling in price?? When I sent an email questioning this, I was told that since I had rented prior, my account would be grandfathered in to a lower price. By then we had already made other plans for our family gathering due to the Porta potty issue. I admit, that was decent but why be complicit in price gouging in the first place? I don't understand this practice and I don't recommend Porta Pros to any regular member of the public who wants to keep their own bathroom in good shape.

I wanted to work with a local vendor instead of a big box store because I want to support local business but this was a huge mistake on my part. I reserved tables, chairs and a tent (with lighting) IN JANUARY for my wedding that took place this past weekend. I called about a month out from my wedding to confirm details as far as delivery, set up, take down, etc and did not hear back until I requested a new inquiry for an event. When they did finally get back to me (via email not phone call as I requested) they said they would CALL me the Monday before delivery (FRIDAY) to arrange it all. They also decided at this point to tell me the lighting for my tent is not an option anymore due to insurance issues and they would refund me for it (still have yet to receive that refund). I never received a phone call on that Monday. I called and left 2 voicemails, sent an email and never heard back all week. I finally get an email on Thursday evening (delivery should be friday) stating that they will deliver EITHER Friday between 5pm and 9pm or Saturday between 7am and 9am...mind you my wedding is Saturday and I've made it clear I needed delivery Friday. They never called to confirm which delivery they would be doing and just showed up at my venue without notifying me. They never spoke to me before, during or after they set up. We were undecided if we would use the side paneling so they did leave those if we wanted to put them up ourselves which we did since it was very windy. They did not leave any stakes to help secure the paneling which was whipping around. Luckily we had a family member who had some. While setting up our tables we noticed there were several that were dirty. My sister called and left a voicemail telling them this and no one reached back out to her. After events all tables and chairs should be cleaned and not just sent off to the next event. They ALSO "upgraded" our tables without notifying me because they were out of the size I ordered so none of my tablecloths fit properly. To top it all off we were told that they would pick up the equipment Monday morning at 9am...they showed up at 7:30am Sunday morning (without notifying me or anyone) which was highly inconvenient for the venue owner. All in all I would avoid this company for your event unless you want added stress, lack of communication and extra worries that you do not need at an already hectic day.
