The slide was extremely used and tattered. Straps were frayed and rust stains in the slide area. It was embarrassing for my guests to see this. The only reason we didn't send it back is that my kids were excited about a water slide. it didnt come with any hoses or spraying devices. I had to hang my hose from the top to drip down the slide area. This was advertised as a water slide. I will not be using this service again. The only thing good was the delivery staff was very friendly and fast.
