Robyn Jean from Healing Henna is AMAZING! She deserves 10 stars! She is that good!…read more I hired her for a private party of 60 guests at an Indian restaurant in Berkeley and I booked her for 4 hours for henna tattoo work as well as face painting for the little ones. Robyn is super easy to work with, arrived ahead of time to set up and she was ready to get to work. I was the first in line! Her henna designs and handiwork are phenomenal-- the lines are clean and precise, and she is quick! She has such a sweet personality, super patient that adults and kids gravitate towards her. My guests LOVED her -- I had assumed that only the kids would want to have henna done but after seeing the variety of impressive designs, most of the adults (women as well as the men) wanted to get it done. She was the hit of the party! A week later, my guests are still talking about her tattoos. I wholeheartedly recommend her!

I could not believe how amazing the kids nails looked. The face painting blew me away and the glitter tattoos were so beautiful, clearly this was henna art and not your typical spray paint tattoo. 15 little girls got extremely spoiled! Ashley, the owner of Smile N' Snap, was professional, friendly, and organized…read more I found Smile N' Snap a few weeks before the wedding. Ashley got right to work. Ashley designed a printing template. Helped us choose the right background and was very communicative overall. On the wedding day, Ashley arrived early to set up and stayed to help during the entire event. We had a line out the door for her photobooth! Ashley even went out of her way to help us find heating lamps (Just 3 hours before the event!). Lastly, I thought Smile N' Snap prices were very very reasonable. The quality of the photo was very professional! I couldn't be happier. Thank you, Ashley!

RESPONSE TO THE RESPONSE: When the driver called and asked if I still wanted it, I asked if I was…read moregoing to get a refund and was told he didn't know anything about that and I would have to contact the office. So no, a full refund was not offered. Also, I never asked for the inflatable to stay overnight as my party was over at 5:00 and there was no one left to enjoy it. To use that as a "generous offering" that had no benefit is ridiculous. When I received the call that they were pulling up, I went outside to wave them in to the spot that was available, however they had already parked down the street. I would have showed them where they could park. When the delivery guys came up to the house I told them where they could pull in, plenty of room, however they said no, they would stay where they were. I find it hard to believe that traffic and parking down the street caused a 2 hour delay. Once the delivery guys arrived, they had everything set up quickly , even with parking down the street and hauling their equipment, which again, they didn't need to. I find I disappointing that rather than just owning that your service fell short, you are choosing to be dishonest instead

I was told they have increased their pricing but the website needs to be updated. I then asked if they will honor the website price and they said they cant. Four years ago I would have given this business a four star rating. We were planning an outdoor…read moredance party and decided to rent one of their porta pots. We thought paying $99 was a fair cost if it allowed us to preserve the condition of our bathroom! Last year we had a post-covid party and had to pay $199 for one of their units. Spendy, but again, we thought it would be worth it. When I enquired about reserving a unit this year for a small family gathering, I was given a quote of $399. Another doubling in price?? When I sent an email questioning this, I was told that since I had rented prior, my account would be grandfathered in to a lower price. By then we had already made other plans for our family gathering due to the Porta potty issue. I admit, that was decent but why be complicit in price gouging in the first place? I don't understand this practice and I don't recommend Porta Pros to any regular member of the public who wants to keep their own bathroom in good shape.
