We rented a house from Bouncin' Bins and were very pleased with the delivery, set up, cleanliness, customer service, and the rep who set up the bouncing house. We rented a 13x13. It was a blast for the kids. The house was very clean and took minimal amount of time to set up. Yes, they deliver (on time) and set every thing up for you. The only thing was we could not get the "Frozen" logo on the bouncing house due to it (them) being rented out already. Other than that it was a great experience. Parents beware!! My kids attended a birthday party w/ a water slide bouncer from this company on 8/23. Almost all of the kids got Staph lesions on their skin. My kids got fever, sore throat, ear ache then lesions. Our urgent care visit will cost us a couple hundred on top of trying to keep the rest of the family & home healthy. My children attended healthy & left w/ staph incubation. The party host called to question sanitation protocol & her claim was dismissed as could have come from anywhere. Really? All the kids attend a bday party, jump for hours on a bounce house & could have come from anywhere? Mind you none of the parents jumped & we are all healthy. Use common sense when booking them. DONT USE! Rented a bouncy house for my son's birthday last February. The Day of party and thirty minutes after they should had delivered it I had to call several times to see what was going on. Had what sounded like a young kid tell me "sorry I'm not feeling well I can't make it out today" this was an hour into the party. I was told by him and another employee that I would be refunded and granted a FREE rental in the future to use with not one once of an apology. I called today to book my FREE rental to be told "sorry no it's only 20% off not free nothing we can do about it.. I called the owner" Ew worst customer service on all fronts. I rented a bounce house from Inflatable Rentals (aka Bouncin' Bins) recently after purchasing a Groupon for their bounce house. Their service and product were excellent. The young men who provided set up and take down were professional and efficient. The company followed up before and after and during the deliver process as well to insure that all went smoothly. Strongly recommend this company. PS: Although their business address (and the only address on their website) is Idaho, they service Portland and the surrounding area. We live out towards McMinnville and they charged an extra $15 but it was worth it. read more

We have used Bouncin Bins for my daughters birthday parties, for the last 4 years! Quick, easy set up and take down. Always on time for set up. Very friendly when ordering over the phone. And the techs who come out are always very friendly and informative (as far as care for the bounce house). They offer a discount for return customers and I receive an email reminder usually a month before my daughters party, reminding me of the discount. We have been renting from Bouncin Bins for almost 13 years. This will be our last time. Loading my truck was a disaster, unloading even more so. Then after we got it set up, it was full of glitter. I dug out glitter from little people's eyes for two days! Only one infection. Thank goodness. Then when I called to voice my complaints and to arrange pick up (thinking this would be a reasonable solution) I was denied. They still wanted to charge me the full delivery fee of $100 even though it was at my house already! Also, when I asked what they would do about the glitter they gave me a "discount" of $25. So, for OUR pain and inconvenience, they still charged me $75. Terrible customer service. Oh, and when I mentioned the review on Yelp and Google, she snickered... YUP... :( read more

We run a 4th of July party every year for the whole neighborhood in Utah County Utah, and we rent multiple inflatables and concessions. This year we switched to try Bouncin Bins for the first and probably last time. They seemed nice enough and the delivery and pickup was a nice option even if it added a little cost. Their inflatables seemed ok (although 2 of them were a bit older). However their service was seriously lacking. The sprinkler for the water slide was broken when they were setting up and the driver promised to go to the hardware store and return with a replacement and never did, and after they and left we started the cotton candy and were surprised to find out the $30 per extra 50 servings we paid got us a zip lock baggie with 2 tablespoons of floss mix that you had to add to your own sugar (something they had not mentioned, not to mention the other places we have rented from in the past charged $20 per extra 50 and that was pre mixed ready to go). They also completely forgot the extra cotton candy sticks and even though we called they refused to do anything about it, insisting we must have lost them. It is sad but they will loose our future business over a $10 sprinkler and $10 in paper sticks just because of the inconvenience it caused. They are not terrible, but I would choose a smaller more local rental place you will be happier. EDIT: After writing this review and completing the company survey, I should add the manager called me back and gave a refund on the cotton candy supplies which encouraged me to bump up their review. It was still a problem during the party though, would have loved them to resolve it then. read more

If I could give a zero star rating I would. Requested a bounce house for the 4th of July. Our delivery was scheduled for 4pm to be picked up at 8pm. The bounce house did not arrive until 7pm, and was a different bounce house then what was ordered. I should have refused delivery but we were throwing a neighborhood party and had over 40 people waiting. I was told to call corporate the following Monday. Played phone tag for over a week. As well as sent emails. I was told that they would refund me $75 (of a 381.60 rental) but the other $75 would have to be used as a credit for a future party. I was upset but felt I had no other options. Little did I know that the delivery charge to my location was $60, they do not offer a bounce house for a $15 rental. I have no intention of giving this company any more of my money (even to get a discount) It is VERY unfortunate. I wrote a letter to both the local office and to corporate along with emails and have yet to get a response. We had used this company for almost 6 years for different events had always referred to them when others asked for a bounce company to use. Since this has happened we have now started using Idaho Inflatables and have been very pleased. read more

I rented a bounce house from Bouncin' Bins for my son's 4th birthday in February of 2013. I was a bit concerned about planning an outdoor event during the winter months in rainy Portland. The person I worked with to plan the event (Alyssa) promptly answered all my questions and explained that the unit we rented had a top so rain wouldn't stop the fun. I was also pleased to see that they mention on their website that they clean their rentals. Additionally, the inclusion of both the set-up and pick-up of the bouncy house was much appreciated. The company was professional, calling to confirm the set-up, arriving early on the day of the event and following up after to be sure that I was satisfied. The party was a huge success and the kids and adults had a great time. I highly recommend this company and will rent from them again. read more

I rented a slide/ bounce house combo for my 7 year old son's birthday party. I paid for the rental 3 weeks in advance, then 1 week before the party a Groupon came out, they would not let me cancel my reservation to use the Groupon. This was the first bad experience with the manager Alyssa. Then on the day of the party my event was schedule for 1-5pm; the unit did not get delivered until after the 1pm start time even though they say it will be delivered between 1-4 hours prior to the start time. When they were setting up the bounce house it was the wrong unit; instead of a tropical bounce house it was a purple and pink castle that they were going to put a tropical banner on - remember this was for my 7 year old son! When I called in to find out where the bounce house I rented was I was informed that it was out for service and so they choose a bounce house that the banner would fit on. I didn't pay $170 for four hours for a banner! The manager Alyssa then said that they could provide the smaller version of the one I reserved and an additional one to compensate for the size difference. I informed her my party was set to start at 2pm which was 45 min. away. she assured me that they were 20 minutes from my house so the delivery guy would be back no later than 2:15pm. At 2:15 pm I called back to see where they were. I was told he was sent to go work on a generator for another party and would arrive when he arrived. By this time I was extremely upset because there were 26 kids in my back yard waiting for this bounce house. When I expressed how upset I was and that I wanted to know Alyssa's managers name I was informed she was the manager and refused to give her bosses name, instead she told me she was canceling my event - 2 hours into my reserved time- because of all of the drama then she hung up on me! I called back and told her I wanted my money back I already paid so that I could try and salvage the party that was happening at my house, she said I should call Groupon to get my money back! When I informed her that I was not a groupon customer the line got quite for a couple of seconds then she told me I would get my money back in 10 days! I told her I would come and get my refund now and she said she would call the police if I tried to come and get my money back for a service that was never delivered! Thankfully Roots Party Time had a bounce house for half the price $80 and I am able to keep it for 2 days instead of $170 for 4 hours from Bouncin Bins! Alyssa is the manager of this business but has HORRIBLE customer service. If I was the owner I would not want someone like that representing my company!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! read more

never delivered bounce house for 6 year old party. only delivery guy apologized because a "truck was down". i received cancel call for my party 1.5 hours prior to party start and had reserved it one month in advance. no one else initiated a call to me or apologized until i told chantelle at idaho office that no one apologized so she apologized. i am increasingly more irritated not only because they cancelled on me just before my little one's party, but because they seem not to care...very strange experience. they have been very level headed - but no apology. i don't think they understand they are a service that people rely upon and that not only does it cause much stress on the parents in these situations but it also disappoints a birthday boy and his guests...one more thing - I keep requesting a call from an owner and on saturday I was told she was not in - on monday i was told she is out and not available for one week holiday...again, not what i expect from a service-oriented business-this is terrible service. read more
