We hired Focus Photo Suites for our wedding (I found them on Thumbtack), and I genuinely think Focus Photo Suites has the best photo quality of any booth I've ever been in (and my husband and I really, really like photo booths - it's kind of our thing). They could easily charge twice the price for what they offer. Our facility is a 24 hour operation except for Sunday's. After explaining our unique lunch schedule (1st, 2nd, and C shift a weekend shift) and the amount of employees that would be on site, Jeff was able to coordinate with me and the caterer. The customer service alone is enough to earn them 5 stars in my book. Jeff was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. One of the really awesome things they provide is the ability to customize your photo print design. I did not see this offered through any of the other photo booths we researched as most had templates to choose from. This gives you complete customization abilities and Jeff will work with you to create exactly what you want. They have an open-air or enclosed photo booth to choose from. We went with the enclosed photo booth- which also happens to be inflatable! Their prop selection was a ton of fun, and they were so flexible when I asked if we could bring our own props in as well. Our guests kept mentioning how rad the props were, as it wasn't the typical feather boa fare. Jeff and Rhiannon were so attentive during their time at our wedding. Jeff even popped into the booth to give suggestions to guests on what to do and they LOVED that interaction with him! Another plus is that they give you as many prints as there are people taking the photos. That means everyone that takes the picture gets a print of it, versus fighting it out over which person gets to walk away with a copy. Let's also talk about the quality of the photos. They were hands down the BEST quality, photo booth aside, that I have ever seen! Everything came out so clear, the colors were vibrant, and no one looked washed out. The pictures came with a customized password that allowed everyone to view the photos on their website. At the end of the evening Jeff even gave us a flash drive with all the photos in it! All these factors considered, I was blown away by their pricing. A lot of companies charge well over $1200 for just the basics. Focus Photo Suites pricing packages are incomparable for the services they offer. For the price, quality, attention, and customization options you receive from the beginning of the process to the end of your night, you truly will not find a better photo booth company to work with. I am just as impressed with their work now as I was a few months ago and I can't speak higher of Jeff and his team. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
