If they don't, they will do their best to find it for you. The staff is always helpful, friendly and accommodating. The business is locally owned and operated, which always adds that little extra sense of attention to service. The delivery crew is always on time and willing to go the extra mile without complaint. They offer delivery or in store pick up, if you prefer. Unless you just need a few linens, I recommend the delivery it is so worth it!

RESPONSE TO THE RESPONSE: When the driver called and asked if I still wanted it, I asked if I was…read moregoing to get a refund and was told he didn't know anything about that and I would have to contact the office. So no, a full refund was not offered. Also, I never asked for the inflatable to stay overnight as my party was over at 5:00 and there was no one left to enjoy it. To use that as a "generous offering" that had no benefit is ridiculous. When I received the call that they were pulling up, I went outside to wave them in to the spot that was available, however they had already parked down the street. I would have showed them where they could park. When the delivery guys came up to the house I told them where they could pull in, plenty of room, however they said no, they would stay where they were. I find it hard to believe that traffic and parking down the street caused a 2 hour delay. Once the delivery guys arrived, they had everything set up quickly , even with parking down the street and hauling their equipment, which again, they didn't need to. I find I disappointing that rather than just owning that your service fell short, you are choosing to be dishonest instead
