Checked in on a Saturday around 7:30pm. Got a great value through hotels tonight. And since we had come here before, we decided to stay again. Check in was so easy. The girl at the front desk was so friendly. Stayed in room 209 which is upstairs. The rooms are nice. Our room looked out onto a vineyard. (Nice view without the hefty price : ) There is a small patio with a door too. It was nice to let in the cool breeze. Since Sunday was Easter Sunday, the grill next door was offering a discount on their brunch items. One small item....the bed linens seem to be kinda worn this time and not so fresh and crisp. I could hardly tell there were pillow cases on the bed pillows. Other than that it was a good overnight stay. read more

Everything was amazing! The beautiful studio we stayed in had such beautiful views of the Napa Valley, and so much space in the room. My husband always wanted to stay on a vineyard in Napa. They are just ridiculously expensive. So when I found out we were eating in Healdsburg, I found this cute place in Geyserville where we could stay on the vineyard that didn't break the bank and it was so peaceful and beautiful. No breakfast included but we had a full kitchen, refrigerator etc. The restaurant was closed on the day we stayed (Sunday) so it was pretty empty, I didn't see a single soul the entire stay. This is about an hour drive from Sonoma and even longer from Napa, so it's nowhere close to the normal "Napa" wineries but such a cute town/vibe on this side of the valley. read more

Geyserville Inn is a rather nice older hotel that has been updated within the last 5-10 years. It is a very good location for wine tasting in Alexander Valley and Dry Creek Valley. The hotel is right off the highway, and can have some highway noise, but is generally quiet and if it is warm, you can combat the noise with A/C and closed windows. The property is beautiful and provides all it needs to make guests feel special. My only complaint, and it's minor, is that the restaurant can't seem to find its footing. It is open at strange hours inconsistently. And the food is sometimes very good, and other times, odd. (I hesitate to write this, because I want it to succeed!) I love this place! Sitting right in the vineyards, modern rooms with everything you need. My room had a great patio, looking out at the hills, plus a fireplace, comfortable chair and refrigerator. We were winding down an extended trip and I had made a reservation here and we were very pleased with our stay. Such a quaint lil inn that is in between Dry Creek and Alexander Valley. Yes, this is wine country as we had vineyards surrounding us. Our room was a clean and simple. We had a nice fireplace and view of the pool. We did use the fireplace as it cools down up here in the evenings. The inn was nice and quiet and we slept so well. The bed felt like my bed at home which after being on the road for so long was just perfect. The bathroom was updated with a nice rain shower head and the mirror had a built in make up light and defogger. Who wouldn't want this cool mirror in your bathroom? This inn is a nice property with a separate events area. Lots of weddings are held here, company parties, birthday celebrations and other events. The property is gorgeous with vineyards all around, beautiful buckets of flowers, covered parking, a separate party room, bocce ball courts (Yay!) and a pretty pool. Fantastic Inn! We stayed in the Tuscan suite and loved it. It was like having your own house in the middle of a wine grove. The views are spectacular and it's very peaceful. Geyserville Inn Continues to Disappoint Locals While nursing sunday morning post-Covid vaccination headaches we happened across our old favorite, the Geyserville Grill. inside only one table for 2 was seated and a party of about ten were on the patio but we failed to recognize the warning signs...we were promptly seated and our coffee order was taken...after which the host disappeared. 15 minutes later still no coffee or waitress so my wife went to inquire, only to be yelled at by the manager that ""we were on our way, it's incredibly busy, and the "wedding partyi" takes priority" (despite the 3 available servers visible in the kitchen). We walked out and drove on to Parish in Healdsburg, where coffee and beignets were on the table in 2 minutes, and we had the best breakfast ever. So THANKyou Geyserville Grilll for getting us to rediscovrer a fine other restaurant. We will not darken you'r doors again! read more

Celebrated our Son and Daughter-in-law with a beautiful "Rehearsal Dinner" for approximately 45 people. Crystal was so helpful and didn't miss any detail!! The event space is amazing and perfect for an outdoor event. The food was delicious and served hot!! I cannot stress what a great venue this is. Plenty of parking and very "kid" friendly. We stayed here a few weeks ago, after a day of wine tasting in Napa and taking a nice scenic route to the inn. This Inn is incredibly charming, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and had a balcony with a view of hills and vineyards. The staff went above and beyond when I accidentally left my Rolex in the room and didn't notice for a few days (due to a family emergency). I called and they had saved my watch at the front desk. They even offered to mail it back to me but I opted to drive back and pick it up. We also got to gamble since it's only 10 minutes away from river Rock casino and no tonfar from a small town with restaurants. If you're in the area I highly recommend this Inn, the price and value is great. read more

We came across this inn from one of the travel sites we use and after researching the inn on Yelp, we decided to give it a try. The inn is right off highway 101 in Geyserville. From the approach, it looked like a charming Napa Valley type inn. They have a restaurant next door, but it was closed due to COVID-19. They also offer wine tasting, but we arrived too late and left too early to partake. We reserved a deluxe king room with a balcony. What we got was a remodeled contemporary king room with a balcony facing the vineyard. The room was on the larger size, very clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom, was good size, with plenty of amenities, good lighting and ventilation. The king bed was firm and came with a linen headboard and 6 pillows; it was comfortable. The room also had a gas fireplace with ceramic logs. The killer feature of our room (221) was the view from the balcony. Now, if only I can get some cream with the coffee (in room machine), I could sit out there and enjoy the sunrise. Sadly, we only spent one night there. But, I think we will be back again soon just to enjoy the inn. read more

The place is a 4 star room and bathroom are a 5 but the time we stayed was Loud. Next door played music until 1230am couldn't sleep. Called front desk numerous times but they would just turn it up again. Also had a group below us outside smoking and coughing talking loud until 230am. So made the stay very loud and unpleasant. Slept maybe 5hrs. For over $300/night I was expecting a more quiet relaxing stay. Felt more like $100/night or less place with parties and noise. Rooms are amazing staff was OK very clean just wish we had a more peaceful time for our 11th year anniversary. They did offer a free complimentary wine tasting with room purchase but was to late to use on check in and they were closed next day so was useless. read more

Call first if you plan to stay here on the weekend as they host weddings and events onsite. The volume of the music, DJ, and clamoring wedding/party guests shook our room all night, I'm talking like 10pm or so. Our baby woke up crying twice (bless her, she's usually a great sleeper) and we even considered driving back home to the Bay Area for her sake. I've never stayed at a hotel before that hosted such loud events that feel like they're right next to your room when you're trying to sleep. We also dealt with a few persistent ants in the room. There was a warning sign posted, so we acted accordingly. We didn't have food or drinks out except water and sealed breast milk bags. When there was an ant crawling around in my baby's (clean and empty) bottle at one point, I wanted to jet out of there and was thankful we weren't staying longer. There isn't an elevator for the two floors offered, so plan for that too if you have a disability or a stroller. That said, the room was very nice, modern, and clean. I would actually stay here again, but would call ahead to confirm their event calendar, request the first floor, and maybe not stay more than two days. read more

My husband and I had a really love one night stay in February! Rooms have been nicely and modernly renovated. They feature a calming color scheme and comfy beds! We loved the complementary bottle of wine as Expedia VIP guests, and all guests get a free tasting to the Duo Tasting Room behind the hotel (what a great perk). The one hurdle we ran into was that our bathroom ceiling started leaking (I think someone was showering above), but the manager seemed seriously concerned when I informed him and it looked like he definitely wanted to address it asap. There were also a few ants on the bathroom floor, but I know how hard it can be to prevent ants as someone who lives on a ground-level apartment in California. Parking is super convenient, and the location is fantastic. You're within minutes to the "downtown" area and to gorgeous wineries. read more

Wow! The last time I came to this place, it was spotless, but this time our room was an absolute mess! We had black hair all around the toilet (we are blonde) and in the shower. The sinks also contained the same hair and toothpaste stains. The floor was not vacuumed, and apparently someone lost an earring and also an eyelash. Disgusting! Nothing but a filthy mess! We paid $200 for this mess. It's such a shame that whomever is cleaning the room just doesn't care. I went to the office this morning to talk to the staff about my room, but they seemed more interested in listening to talk radio than to guests. Not even a "have a nice day or goodbye" as I I just left the office. If they aren't interested in me I'm not interested in them. King room on the second floor was excellent! It had a lovely balcony that faced the vineyard. Though, it looks like they are going through some major renovations so the lobby and hallways appear dated but the rooms are FANTASTIC! Spacious, clean, and exceptionally comfortable. It takes while to drive here from the Bay Area but this place is worth it. The Geyserville inn is a quaint little place with about 40 rooms, a really cold swimming pool and a really lovely hot tub. BF says it's very charming. For $358 a night for the queen room it's a little pricey. We visited in the fall after the Kincade fire and couldn't find any signs of fire in the surrounding hills or vineyards. Right next to the inn is a classic red barn, on the morning that we were wandering around there were Cabernet grapes on the ground -I'm not sure why - but they were really tasty and cold! At night it's very peaceful, not a lot of parties, and you can hear cars wooshing by on Highway 128. read more

The staff is very rude and not very helpful. Our room was left unclean and filthy after our 1st night and they made no effort to clean it or make any apologies. We were told we would get a downstairs room near the pool but they put us upstairs near where construction was happening during the week. We have been going to this place for 7 years. However we'll never go back again and we'll tell everybody not to ever go there. They also made a fraudulent charge to our credit card. I believe this place has been sold recently and under new management and it totally sucks do not go. read more

Probably would not have considered this place normally just because I can't seem to justify their usual prices, but this deal was too good. Two nights, two free wine tastings at Delorimier Winery and J Rickards Winery (tour and tasting), two 2 for 1 meal vouchers (breakfast or lunch), a bottle of wine, and free shuttle to a nearby casino. $189 for two nights. A steal! *Beds - comfortable, slept well. *Room - calming, attractive, spacious enough, and airy. We were downstairs with a pool view. *Inn - classy, very clean. *Hospitality - the best. *Surroundings - quiet, spectacular country elegance. This is wine country, guys, but you don't have to be an oenophile to get joy out of this getaway. But it helps. *Free food - available at the small Geyserville Grill next door. This was ok, decent quality and filling. My expectations are quite high when up in this area, so I can suddenly become ruthless when it comes to food analysis. Regardless, this kind of "free" was pretty good. Would I do it again? Yep! read more

We had booked a 2 day stay almost 2 months in advance. Our booking request included a deluxe king bed and a view of the vineyard. After we arrived and checked in, the room that offered us had a view of a maintenance road lined with bushes, a patio that was covered with leaves and not very clean. When I told the receptionist that was not what we had requested, she said they were full but could change to a 2nd. floor that would have what we requested, the following morning after other guests had left and the room was cleaned and made ready, probably after 9 to 10am at the earliest and we would have to wait until then. We already had tours planned for the following day and did not want to cancel them. Their answer was, but we are full, and we will charge you anyway. We left and found another place to stay. Not a very pleasant experience and a take it or leave it attitude. read more

This place had tremendous potential to be one of my favorite places to stay but the fact that the staff was super unfriendly from the get go, coupled with the fact that the sheets had that nasty damp smell, made my stay one to forget. There was a payment issue whilst checking out and rather than ironing out the issue with me smoothly, the staff became super confrontational and wanted to play the blame game. I had a long trip planned from SFO on my way home late from a flight and knew I needed to stop somewhere at night north of Santa Rosa. I booked via Hotwire, therefore had no idea where I would land and had never heard of the Geyserville Inn. Often, Hotwire hotels are much much worse than described. But -- What a wonderful surprise! I got in late, dirty from a long flight after 4 days of camping. A very nice man checked me in and I landed in a sweet cozy room with the most comfortable bed ever. It was lovely and quiet and very clean. It had interior doors, no motel outside door thing that I hate. It was like staying at a room in someone's home, except that there was total privacy, a huge clean bathroom and a separate sink area. There was even a spare pillow in a drawer. TV worked great and had lots of channels. In the morning, I realized that I had a private balcony with a room of the grape orchards. It was just wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel. It also has a nice restaurant next door that was closed when I checked in, but was open for a delicious brunch and fabulous coffee. read more

We stayed at the Geyserville Inn for our wedding ceremony in November. Overall the experience was incredibly positive, and something we will never forget. The property itself is a quaint location right off the freeway, with beautiful views of vineyards and mountains line. There is some covered and uncovered parking that should accommodate all the guests of the Inn. Right next door is a nice cafe for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We stayed in the Key West Suite, and had a gorgeous view of the vineyard next door. The room was very clean, and well maintained. The staff were all very very friendly, and made you feel right at home. There is a pool and hot tub on the property as well. They offer coffee in the lobby, with a cozy fireplace and couches to sit and relax. If you're wanting some coffee or a nicer dinner, there is a couple restaurants right down the road with some great food! Overall this is such a beautiful little hotel to stay at during your visit to Sonoma County. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! read more

Everyone we interacted with was nice enough, but the room itself was not very good. There were holes in the sheets and black stains on the white towels. The closet with hangars had a mini fridge at the bottom of it so even an adult medium shirt hung from a hangar wouldn't hang straight because the bottom was bunched up on the top of the fridge. The pool was cold and dirty, though the hottub was quite nice and big. There was no info in the room except a menu for the restaurant next door. read more

We chose this place as a stop for 2 nights before heading to Mendocino after a long drive from Southern California. The room itself was very clean and the bathroom was bigger than most hotel bathrooms. The grounds were nice and the surrounding vineyards added some nice ambiance. Unfortunately, that's where the praise stops. I think the bed was a memory foam type mattress that sloped down at the outer edge on both sides. The lighting in the bathroom was rather dark and the rain shower head had very low water pressure. My biggest complaint though had to do with checking out. I asked for a paper copy of our bill and saw that it had an $8 dollar a day "facility fee". Hmm, ok....what was the facility fee I asked. I was told it was for the swimming pool (closed), the restaurant (also closed), the in-room coffee maker (not used) and for parking. Ok, Geyserville Inn......you collected $16 dollars from me, that while not a large amount, still amounts to price gouging and you will never get another dollar from me because of this practice. read more

I had my rehearsal dinner at Geyserville Grille and stayed at the Inn for my wedding weekend. We stayed in the Tuscan Suite over the weekend, where my wedding party and I got ready for the big day. Hospitality was very helpful and kind throughout the weekend, even though our key didn't work Saturday night, I called the front desk and they sent someone up right away. We shot photos with our bridal party on the party, with permission from the management, and I couldn't have asked for a better location! But . . . . they have this policy that if you cancel your reservation, NO MATTER WHEN, they charge you $15!! What hotel does that? This is the year 2019 folks! Why????? When you book, they charge your card immediately for the full room price. Which is dumb too, because people's lives change all the time so thats very fooolish. So they claim the $15 is to do paperwork for the cancellation!!!! Seriously???? The whole thing is just not good business. And for the room cost????? And as many times as we have stayed? Disappointing!! Thank very carefully before you book here! It's too bad, because it's a great spot, They shouldn't have to resort to these tactics. read more

We have stayed here several times on our visits to Dry Creek. It never disappoints. Today we made it a destination so we could enjoy the pool. Pedroncelli, a local vintner is hosting a lobby tasting before we head to dinner at Catelli's. This is a perfect location to enjoy being in God's country. read more
