He always goes above and beyond to assist me and his professionalism is top-notch. He has helped me with everything from setting up last-minute appointments, paperwork updates, credit card authorizations, etc. He's incredibly patient with me (I'm a bit of a scatterbrain, hence the medication management!), and he just has a lighthearted sense of humor that makes you feel perfectly comfortable. I love my little Progeny team and, as a therapist myself, recommend them to my own clients. Thank you for everything you do there; especially to Reggie and Jacob!

Me having to wait 2 months after I issued a complaint and asked to be switched psychiatrist is unacceptable. I still haven't heard back from office manager(grievance) for my complaint. I the patient should have a say of who I wanted to be treated by and if situation arises. I the patient should have my needs met and not be treated as an enemy . If I don't advocate for myself then who will. I'm still giving this facility a low rating because I only was able to switch psychiatrist because I wrote a review through yelp. Yes I love my new psychiatrist Jenna Vo but the faculty n facility in Anaheim hills need to work better for their patients and not for themselves. There is a reason to why they already have a low rating from many patients. I just hope that they do make a change to their practices n procedures.

This is called retaliatory PATIENT ABANDONMENT WITH NO NOTICE which puts patients at very high risk. There was no justified reason given why other than a pathetic excuse that they feel that I should find a different provider if I am not happy with her and that they are sorry they cannot meet my needs.They made no effort to meet my needs and they have multiple mental health doctors at that office. I will be reporting her to the Medical Board,the State Board of Pharmacy,etc: Dr. Sandhya Gudapate is very rude,is impatient,does not care about at least me as a patient regarding my symptoms,feelings and situations.She always downplays my feelings and says its just situational and according to her Im doing fine even though tell her Im not. She says I talk too much every time I try to talk about anything or even answer how Im doing.She always just says to get a therapist,which I have tried.The Neuropsychologist I had at Sunny Hills Behavioral Health, Dr. Mina Shalaby,was rude as well and dropped me as a patient when I stood up for myself.They are close friends.Go figure.Despite what he diagnosed me as,and she has even signed her name to it to the Social Security Administration,she wont acknowledge there is anything wrong with me when we talk because she wont listen and she thinks she knows how I feel.She is also being uncooperative and unhelpful about assisting me with getting reasonable accommodation assistance,which involves my medications and diagnosis involving her practice.Dont expect her to respond to emails either.She also takes a long time regarding prescription refills and is always very late for her appointments.Her and the office staff at Sunny Hills dont care if you aren't supposed to be off of your medication for any amount of time.And she absolutely refuses to let me switch medications because accoording to her all meds within the same class of drug are the same thing.Shes wrong about that.She has literally fell asleep during one of my appointments with her.Thats how unprofessional she is.If she was that tired,she could have rescheduled.Especially since Im such a bore to her.She could be held liable to a patients safety for this negligent treatment.

I was so highly impressed at the way she handled our situation back then, that I started seeing her again to just deal with "life". I've been seeing her now for a few years and she has worked with me through a couple of major life events and struggles. I am a much stronger person due to her help and guidance. She is soft and caring, handling sensitive subjects with a neutral ear and also with respect. I would have no hesitation recommending Dr. Noel to friends or family. I have seen nothing but kindness and goodness in my several years of sessions with her. I did not give her a 5 star rating because these types of relationships can only get better. In continuing to seek medical treatment for my disability I was recommended Dr. Chin from my employers health insurance just over three years ago.I would rate Dr. Chin a 3 or 4 star rating if he only did his job in treating my ADD disability. I rate Dr. Chin a well deserved 5 star rating because as a professional he goes above and beyond in helping me as his patient. I am currently overcoming the most difficult time of my life personally & professionally facing severe multiple life obstacles. Despite I don't need to share much details with Dr. Chin, he understands me as his patient (understood me from day 1) and provides me the best words of wisdom that truly helps me in life. Now he's a total jerk and he has his uneducated office staff and PA running the business. just a few of our most prominent issues: 1. I was extorted by the front office, that he would not see me unless I paid a missed appointment, which I did not schedule. 2. The office refused to treat me, for a raging bladder infection that they tested me for, even though I'm a regular annual patient. I refused to pay the $50 to come BACK to the office the same day, for the RX. 3. His physicians assistant incorrectly diagnosed me as having HPV. And I had to go to another doctor for an incredibly painful procedure, all for nothing. I did not have HPV. 4. In my opinion Kurtz now has a God complex, he didn't used to. ***5. THEY REFUSED TO TREAT ME, AFTER I LEFT MY URINE SAMPLE....UNLESS I PAID WHAT FEELS LIKE A $50 EXTORTION FEE, in order to give me my prescription. When the doctor says they don't hold back care because of an unpaid balance, that is entirely incorrect, and I believe he's lying. His behavior is reprehensible, and he is fully aware of this.
