I have been a patient of Dr Lentzner's for 18 months. In that time he has not only provided me…read morewith excellent medical care, he has also been generous with his time and knowledge. Dr. Lentzner is cautious, considerate and conservative when prescribing medication; he is not a doctor that is quick to write a prescription. He is concerned about me as a whole individual and generous with his time in better understanding me. His holistic approach is beneficial and appreciated. I also appreciate his willingness to educate and inform me about my diagnosis and treatment. He is the only doctor I have had that suggests outside reading material ; leaving me wanting to learn more. When I leave Dr. Lentzner's office I feel inspired, cared for, but most of all heard!! I can not express enough gratitude and admiration for this doctor.

The office staff specifically Donna Duffy (office manager) and Selena (medical records clerk) are…read moreactively harming the reputation of this practice. They are rude and ignorant. They believe they can speak to patients anyway they want and the doctors will back them. My appointment was changed from in person to virtual despite my request due to their irrational and unprofessional behavior. I don't care if I get fired from the practice for bringing their disgusting behavior to light. Reviews dating back 5 years mentions Donna's nasty behavior towards patients. I'm demanding an apology and I won't stop until I get one from those two disgraceful individuals. I've written a formal complaint about them to the Physicians at the practice and I encourage anyone who has been subject to their nasty behavior to do the same. Hopefully, the Physicians will take corrective action before their online reputation is ruined.

Dr. Mee talked me through the process, why medication didn't work for me in the past, and why it will this time. Dr. Mee is PROMPT in responding with emails and saw me within a week of my request for an appointment. I am one of the many grateful patients of Dr. Mee's. I was beyond relieved to have found him to…read moretreat my psychiatric needs. Dr. Mee is extremely knowledgeable, caring, honest, and challenging which makes him at the top of the Psychiatric and Psychotherapy field. I first started seeing Dr. Mee in 2009 when I was struggling with anxiety and depression due to the changes that Stage IV Cancer brings. While I was seeing him strictly for psychiatric purposes there was some psychotherapy involved as well. If I could have budgeted for psychotherapy with Dr. Mee I would definitely want to. I continued to see Dr. Mee for maintenance review through 2013. Then recently again. I was amazed at how after a break in time he was able to thoroughly recall my circumstances, but discuss and treat me my current needs. His costumer service is superior as well. There were many times I had problems with CVS and not getting my prescription and he would make sure that it happened. His office consists of he and another doctor but you would think that they had a full administrative staff. I am forever grateful for Dr. Mee's outstanding service.
