The initial price was a modest amount each month but within 60 to 90 days quickly became $169.00 monthly. I had registered a credit card with Storquest which was auto-billed on the first of each month. In December 2025 I informed the Storquest office manager (Ray) that we would be vacating the unit by December 31st. We actually had everything out by Dec. 30th and I swept the floor and left the roll-up door open to show we had everything out. But come January 1, my credit card was billed another $169.00. I talked with Ray at the office and he said he could not authorize a refund of the billed amount as this had to be done by his supervisor. He said everything would be taken care of within 10 business days. I waited but no refund was credited to my card, so after further communications with Ray (who instructed me to follow up with my bank, displaying a classic "not my problem" attitude), I had no choice but to dispute the charge with Mastercard. By this time it was almost February and it was getting to be quite stressful. I'm a retired disabled veteran living on fixed income and maybe I'm wrong but $169.00 is a lot of money to me, anyway. Finally the money showed up on my card on March 20 with no explanation as to why it took almost three months to correct the erroneous billing. There are so many storage facilities in Phoenix and my advice is to find a different one than Storquest.
