She is very skilled and totally puts you at ease even when she is doing some of the more undignified things! What I love about Vizo is the deals Vikki runs every month which jump between treatments and offer packages at exceptional value. Last month I got a leg and bikini wax and eyebrow shape with a free manicure thrown in for just £26. This month she is offering the uber-expensive San Tropez tan at just £24 and hot stone massage for £20. She mixes it up each month to keep her customers coming back for more so it's worth signing up to her monthly text list which tells you all the offers at the start. Unlike most salons where treatments are rushed and sub-standard, Vikki takes extra time to do things really thoroughly. Her manicures, waxes and eyebrow shapes are the best I have had, simply because she cares about standards and puts a lot into her work. And she works incredibly hard to keep the salon going. It's always really busy too which shows it's not just me that is a massive fan! If you're thinking about having any expensive skin therapies, this place comes highly recommended by a number of my friends who've had various successful treatments here, including microdermabrasion and acne treatment - and I can vouch myself for the staff being very helpful in advising on skincare products that they sell, too. If you have a specific skin condition such as acne or scarring, they offer special skincare ranges for these - and if you're considering an expensive treatment they often offer promotional packages for a series at a reduced price. These are well worth looking out for (or asking about) because some treatments such as microdermabrasion are only really effective if you have a series of sessions - and you could end up saving yourself hundreds of pounds. What I particularly like about Sk:n is that all the staff I've ever encountered there have been really friendly and helpful; they're not intimidating in any way (unlike staff in some beauty salons!) and they offer Sunday appointments (and late night opening from Monday-Thursday!), which is very handy if you're busy working most of the week.
