For £15 you can get blasted with a hose full of brown dye and be on your way within half an hour. One of the women there asks me how my job interview went every time I go there and I don't have the heart to tell her that she's probably mistaken me for another girl. Still, she maintains eye contact when I'm in the nude and has probably seen me naked more than anyone else has in the last few months. All the girls at Bodywise are sweet, friendly and easy to chat to when you're having your treatments. They will also do their best to accomodate you if you're in dire need of a tan/wax/tint. As if you needed any more convincing, at some point last September my best friend burst in with yeti legs and and an unruly bikini line and swears blind she had the quickest and least painful waxing of her life.

They also do henna tattoos, bleaching (of facial hair), ear piercing and threading. First impressions aren't that good. The shop has a cheap look about it, with way too many hand-written signs advertising random services. With alarm bells ringing, I was only going to ask for a price list to take away, but the lady on reception was so friendly and professional I decided to ask about their 30-minute mini facial (£18) - and before I knew it I was agreeing to have one there and then. In fact, my mini facial didn't actually seem that "mini" at all. The beauty therapist thoroughly cleansed, toned, exfoliated and applied a mask to my face - and afterwards my skin felt as clean and smooth as it has done after a full facial at a far more expensive beauty salon. Despite appearances, this place is clean and friendly, and after this first experience I'd be willing to give it another try in the future.

Eyebrow treading is cheap as chips (and a burger) £4.50 and they give you a nice shape and, added bonus, staff are friendly not snooty, which helps make those painful waxing sessions less painful.

The girl was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly then answered all my questions. The room was neat, tidy and clean and I would be happy to go back for the treatment when I have the money. They do lots of other beauty treatments and it seems like a nice environment to have them in. It's also out of town so there is not normally any problem with parking as you can just find a spare space in one of the residential roads.

A lot of the problems they deal with can be quite embarassing, yet the staff make you feel right at home. They are all really approachable and understand your troubles. They deal with tattoo removals, helping acne and scarring and pigmentation problems. They also offer general beauty treatments such as lip fillers and laser hair reduction. Having agreed the type of massage and the length of time the massage begins. I had booked a fouty-minute back hand massage with extras,this consisted of three unique massages by three different people. Managed to get relief from the first massages but then got cramp im my balls.
