That was on Monday. Its now Wednesday and my right eyelash has just fallen again, not completely, but lower than my left eyelash. Before going in they said "for longer eyelashes you'll probably need to come back 24-48 hours after you appointment to get them lifted again for $60". Honestly I shouldn't have even went there after hearing that because it just seems like they barely lift your lashes, so you can go back there and get them lifted again for $60. I haven't tried the eyelash extensions from here, but I will never be going back so honestly I would save your time on getting the eyelash lift because they will just tell you to come back for $60 if they don't lift.

Britney and I talked and looked at pictures before she began. When I looked after she was done, my few eye brows were sticking out. The picture we agreed upon is not how the final product looks. Britney tried to blame it on the aftercare that I did. Then Covid hit and she was not able to do the follow up visit. Even then, my eyebrows looked hideous! When she was able to open again, I went back and told her I wanted the strokes that showed in the picture we looked at. Here's the RED FLAG- "We can only do so many strokes". In other words she did not know what she was doing as far as micro-blading someone with no eyebrows. Maybe her expertise is filling in people that have eyebrows. She said she would do them again, Buy that time if they had not been done right what was one more time. In the end I asked for 140.00 back the last amount I debited. Britney verbally agreed. I was told by "Her Godmother" Britney was on vacation. Then I was told Britney would call the bank to see why it was rejected, because she did not dispute it. I called the bank and they said "It was disputed". "Services as discussed". Then I was told it was in the mail. Another BS excuse and Britney does not practice integrity. It's also very clean and serene. I have straight lashes that point downward and my eye shape is slightly hooded almond. In the past when I would get a lash lift, my eye shape was not taken into consideration, in my opinion. I was left with a curl that didn't give the look that it was lengthened or lifted. Just overly curled like a CC curl or a L curl. I thought maybe my lashes weren't a good candidate for this service. Then, I went to see Emily P. and she did such a meticulous, gorgeous job. Each lash was separated and fanned out and she used a different curl shape to cater to my eye shape and lash length. I only trust her with my lashes from now on!
