Before they even took it to the shop for repairs, Mike listened to it run and asked a me few questions and said let's take off the seat. Within 2 minutes he found the issue to be broken wires in a wire harness! They made all the repairs, full maintenance plus I had them replace all 4 axles. It runs like a champ now. While I was there, I started looking at new ATV's because my old 2001 had died (so I thought) the day before. I kicked a few tires and asked the saleswomen(both of them) tons of questions and they had the answers to everything....technical, specs, performance, cost, etc... So, I went ahead a bought one. When I went in to take delivery of the ATV, they had it on the showroom floor detailing it immaculately. They then proceeded to give me a detailed informative run down of the ATV. Tuesday I called to maybe get some word on where these tires are. They let me know that the tires will ship in exactly one month...... Got my refund and took my business elsewhere.

1st APPOINTMENT I…read morewas getting an emission test for my 2004 Accord at an oil change shop when I struck up a conversation with an auto mechanic, telling him I'm due for a new timing chain. He strongly recommended I take my car to ABQ Quality Auto. I'm not mechanically inclined so it was great getting a recommendation from a mechanic, particularly since it was from a competing shop. ABQ Quality Auto was slightly less expensive than other shops but they didn't include new gaskets in the advertised price. When I asked why, they told me that cars generally don't need them but they would replace them if they did. It turned out they weren't needed which is a good sign they're honest. 2nd APPOINTMENT I went in for a synthetic oil change. They called to tell me one headlight was out was out and recommended I replace both at the same time which I did. And they told me the two rear tires were leaking air. They repaired one but said the other puncture was on the sidewall so both rear tires would probably have to be replaced. But they referred me to Albuquerque Tire and they were able to repair it for under $30! 3rd APPOINTMENT I brought my car in because a warning light kept blinking. They did an initial diagnostic test that indicated at least one of the oxygen sensors was bad so I thought I would be out a few hundred bucks. I left my car for a deeper diagnosis and they found it just needed a software update which brought the initial estimate way down. I'm grateful that I found an honest auto repair shop with expert technicians.

I found Goodfellas when I needed some body work done on my car. Art, the owner, picked up the phone…read morewhen I called, and got me in right away. He was honest and direct about what needed doing. My car insurance was a pain to work with, and Art coached me through the whole thing. Additionally, Art/Goodfellas really stepped up and helped me handle them and get reimbursed. (He even gave me the lowdown on which auto insurance companies might seem like a good deal because they have cheaper rates, but they try to wiggle out of paying when you need them). I was so impressed with the work they did on my car that insurance covered, that I wound up scheduling a follow-up to have them fix another issue I'd been meaning to fix. They did good work, at a much better rate than the previous shop that had given me a quote. Also, I'm not much of a movie person, but the Goodfellas theme/decor was entertaining, too. Good people, honest owner, good work. Would definitely recommend.
