I've only ever come here on Tuesdays & Thursday mornings for the designated toddler time. The concept of this business is great. There's plenty of different areas for kids to explore, and jumping on the trampolines is fun. The staff is always friendly & helpful. Though there only ever seem to be 1-2 people working at a time & only at the front desk. No one is ever actually policing the park making sure people are following the rules. Maybe it's different during peak hours, but that seems generally unsafe. They just added a super cool obstacle course & slide area. Even adults can fit through it to supervise their kids: it's a really fun area, and the kids enjoy it. It's already extremely run down & it's only a few months old. I've watched it deteriorate from when it was new. The lack of rule following by patrons & lack of overall cleanliness makes this place extremely run down. After we leave here I always feel like we need to sanitize. No idea how parents are in here wearing their actual socks because it's gross. If they actually took the time to clean and care for the equipment this place would easily be 5 stars. What they're charging you'd think they'd be able to maintain it a little better at least in terms of cleaning. I understand the equipment is probably expensive to maintain. BUT if rules were enforced then the longevity of the equipment would also be preserved. Due to it being Alaska and a lack of competition it seems these types of businesses have no motivation to maintain standards. read more

Has potential but lots of parts are broken heavily filled with trash. Staff is nice but no one is ever around, I've witnessed staff with air pods on different occasions. Prices have gone up under new management. We won't be renewing a pass. It's nearly $200 for one child. Paying $400 is not worth it for our family. read more

UPDATE 12/18/24: I was contacted by Seth from the Alaska Club about the incident and what transpired. Long story short they are taking action to make aure events like this do not transpire in the future and emphasized the importance of the safety that they will be pushing for going forward so that all of our kids will have a fun and safe environment to enjoy. I was very pleased that he reached out and feel rather confident in giving the park another chance. There are not very many places for our kids to go and hangout with their friends during the winters anymore like there was when I was a kid and I hope to see great things come from the conversations I had today. So this place does have cool stuff to play on but it's 100 percent all about profit here. There is supposed to be a small kid section but there is no monitor or even a sign. I took my toddler to a trampoline park , I'm fully aware he's going to get knocked down , bumped into, fell on and ran into. It's gonna happen and I let him play . However he was in the small pit with foam squares and a 8 or 9 year old kid put his legs over his back and as I'm telling him to stop he puts his hand on the back of his head and pushed down. This is not the normal bumps and bangs on playing at a trampoline park. I was 3 feet from him, what is hadn't been. I went here for a birthday, feeling excited and happy. Let's just say, the feeling dissolved as soon as I walked in. The first thing I noticed was how chaotic it was. There were little kids getting beat on by big kids, and the staff was just watching. They had 2-3 workers, about 16-18 years old, and they were hardly doing anything. Let me note there were at least 50 kids here. They weren't using correct precautions and their jobs weren't being correctly applied to. Where do they hire these careless employees?! Next, this place was Covid central. There were kids coughing on, spitting on, and licking all of the dodge ball balls. When we went to the restrooms, there were curtains and the most disgusting floor i've ever seen. There were teens hanging out in there, laughing and disturbing little kids going in. I immediately walked out and went back to jumping. The other thing that made me walk straight out, was there was a DIAPER in the foam pit. Finally, there were teenage boys, (13-14) annoying my group. They took the ball we brought on our own and ran with it. They ended up keeping it. Our experience was horrible and I am never going again. read more

The new jungle gym addition is great. Even as a thick adult I could get through it easily. Everything else...not so great. I think I saw one staff member and she was at the front desk. There were no stickers, wristbands or anything that indicated you paid your entrance fee. Basically, If you're watching a volleyball game on the other side, you could bring your kids over to burn energy and no one would notice or say anything. Everything is dusty. Trampolines are worn out and springs need to be replaced. This place needs a serious revamp. It's giving ghetto. read more

Yay a jump place close to my house. We had gone to the one in Wasilla and we all thought it was over priced. I'm glad this place is priced fairly, we will come here a lot this winter. There is a large area for the kids to jump, a few ball pits and other more technical areas. My only gripe is it was a little dirty, and when you have to walk around with only socks on you notice the floors aren't clean. Over all we had a blast and we will be back. read more

This place is an indoor trampoline park with basketball courts and available for birthday parties. The facility is brand new for now and in awesome shape. The price is a bit steep 1-hour for $18, 2-hour for $26 and $5-6 less for smaller kids under 46". The kids had a great time bouncing around on trampoline basketball, dodgeball, and obstacle course. Saturdays is always chaos on the front counter so be ready to be overwhelmed with children. You have to sign a safety waiver before entering the play area, they have a kiosk at the front desk to sign safety waivers. Or go to the website and do it from your phone - it will save you time. Overall, this place is excellent for hyperactive kids and teenagers. They do b-day parties too but do not book online. Ask for military discount if applies! read more

Great place for a fun 2 hours, for adults and children. A lot of things to do, but definitely not the place for a party. I noticed a party was going on, and the employees just let the children run wild, and I noticed a couple got hurt. Dodgeball was the most dangerous game, because the kids just shove and push, and get away with it. They have plenty of vending machines, and there is a pretty cool ninja course. What was the most fun for me (Yes I did jump too for a bit) was the rope swings, although my kids liked the trampoline basketball court. There were some high schoolers who were throwing dodgeballs at little kids though, and the employees were just standing there laughing!!! It was very rude and disrespectful to the kids. This is NOT a place for little kids, probably better for kids aged 11-13. A fun place if you take out the employees. Not wasting my money here again read more

The addition of the soft-play/slide area and other improvements move this place a bit higher on the list. Some of the netting and pads on the trampoline side are torn/worn out, but it looks like the owner is trying to keep up with it. There's still no accountability as far as stickers etc. to track arrival time and there's no gate separating the counter from the play area so people could walk right in if the counter is busy and not be noticed. read more

Step aside Disney World for myself and my 6 kids this place has been the most magical place on earth. Through thick and thin this place is where I can bring my family to have the time of their lives for an hour or two. We have been here weekly for the past 3 years, and like a fine wine Get Air gets better with age. The staff are fantastic Tyler an amazing employee there starts checking in my kids as soon as he sees them walking in, and when you are alone with six kids that is beyond legendary!!! The customer service at this embellishment is beyond 5 stars, but alas the technology at the time does not allow it. We held our grandson's birthday party two years in a row here. Both times the pizza that was ordered arrived over 45 minutes late, we had to track down a staff member to get our beverages and the staff at Get Air was largely inattentive in general. Very poor level of service. Of greater concern is the lack of oversight by the so-called "lifeguards" tasked with monitoring the guests to help ensure their safety and compliance with the rules. Every time my family has been a customer there, all of these "lifeguards" were teenagers with no adult supervision apparent. These teens were more interested in mingling among themselves than monitoring the guests. We witnessed several young kids get injured and these "lifeguards" were largely clueless in how to triage the injury or provide even basic first aid. It does not appear that an adult manager/supervisor is even on site. We will be finding another venue for our family in the future. read more

Not very clean, the kids were going outside with just socks on and then going back to jump. Gross. The staff didn't stop any of the kids from doing this. Also the floors are sticky too which just needs a mop. Maybe the kids working there could get off of their phones and mop. The massage chairs definitely need repair, they were all ripped up. Also the vending machines are messed up too. One outside by the basketball court wouldn't take any money, the one inside get air took my money then spit it right back out almost ripped up and the one right by the front door just took my money and didn't give it back. The staff at get air said there was nothing they could do, but offered to exchange the wrinkled almost ripped up dollars their machine gave me... This location is next to the south Alaska Club. It's fun and wears the kids out! It's even fun for the adults! They have a small kids area, an obstacle course, a dodgeball area, rope climbing, basketball hoop, a birthday party room, etc. The employees are friendly and don't micromanage, but gently remind you of the rules if they are being broken. This makes for an enjoyable and safe time. On Tuesday's you get 2 hours for the price of one and you must purchase their special get air socks if you don't have them already (they are grippy and make you feel like Spider-Man when climbing/jumping on their vertical curved trampolines! It was about $18 (with socks) to jump and it was highly worth it... It's Something to do AND a great lymphatic workout! Go check it out! read more

My nephew had his birthday party here. This business shares the building with a volley ball gym. It's set up to be able to hold 4 birthdays at once. Apparently you're only allowed to buy their pizzas( that arrived about an hour and a half late) that weren't that good. Overall it seems like a nice venue for the kids. They get to run around and play while the adults can spend money on massage chairs or vending machines. I don't know what my sister paid but I hope it wasn't too much. How to review a place best classified as the "Wild West". First, let's talk about risk mitigation. The business is high risk and the so called jumping guards would be better off at a high school social outing. Numerous people in my party, who have a high level tumbling background, had to stop doing simple jumping because out of control kids were either flying through or being launched on to our trampolines. Second, the customer service is non-existent. If you do not catch the check-in/cashier desk at the right time you will be stuck in line until the cows come home. I was astonished that despite the chaos and lack of understanding about their own POS (Point of sale, not what your thinking), that staff didn't apologize not care they were treating guests like crap. The lack of knowledge and basic human interaction skills is beyond offensive. Finally, this place is not worth your time. The high level of danger, poor customer service, and high prices will make you regret the experience because you may take a trip the the ER due to some teenager or parents lack of control. read more

So much fun! We brought a bunch of 7th grade girls here for my daughter's birthday and they had the best time. It is clean and still pretty empty so it felt like we had the place to ourselves! Honestly I kind of hesitated going here because of the reviews that are on here about this place. But I did notice that a lot of the negative reviews were from a few years ago. Because it's closer to where we live I decided to take my seven-year-old son and my eight-year-old daughter here to try it out. And I'm glad I did, the prices to get in are quite reasonable living down in the lower 48 the entrance fees are about the same. We did end up buying the jump socks which were about three bucks and they were decent cute looking sucks. The establishment isn't as big as the other trampoline parks we have gone to but it's a good size. We went on a Saturday at 11:30am and it wasn't too packed. We did our waiver and I noticed that they have a separate line for birthday parties which is really good it keeps the line going. We were going to just pay for the one hour jump but they had a special, if we donated five dollars to the breast Cancer awareness charity they were supporting we would get an extra hour free so that was a good deal. Upon entering I noticed that the areas are pretty, I do understand the difference between recent dirt and long-term accumulating dirt.All the areas seemed to be clean.Over all my kids really truly enjoyed coming here, I will add that the employees there were actually doing their job and keeping an eye on the kids. Mid rating is for poor customer service, goods not received and slow follow up by management to make it right. I booked a party for the 6pm to 8pm time slot on the 3rd of this month. They've updated the space so you cannot see your jumpers from the party area (something to keep in mind if you want photos). Although they say they provide everything I would bring table cloths and hand sanitizer because these items are not provided. Additionally, paper towels are also handy and not provided. I would not book the 6pm to 8pm because they rush you out since they close at 8pm and you have to use your party time to pack up. The desk to ask a question is so far from the party space, if I needed anything I had to walk far from my group to get assistance. There were no periodic check in's by staff to see if we needed anything. I was not offered and did not receive the goodie bags I paid for along with frozen treats and the jump pass my kiddo should have gotten. After calling the place several times and sending emails management did follow up and refund me for items not received. If you are thinking of doing a party here just get the jump time and do your food, cake and presents elsewhere afterwards. If I could redo that's what I would go for. read more

Sanitation is a big issue for this establishment---I observed more than half of the guests in the trampoline areas not wearing stockings or footwear of any kind during a two hour visit recently. AND many of these participants left the jumping area to use the public restrooms, outside of the jumping area, BAREFOOT or in their stocking feet--then they went immediately back to the jumping area transferring the bathroom floor "germs" right to the next piece of equipment they used. Likely the next jumper got a face full of bathroom floor. Not acceptable -- monitoring staff seemed oblivious to almost everything, no one should leave the jumping area without putting on shoes--this place is a giant petri dish of microorganisms with their current practices. Honestly I don't even want to give 1 star. I brought my daughter and her friend to play...just the 2 of them. The "manager" helped us and asked to measure the girls. My daughter clearly measured below 46" and her friend was AT 46"...(the manager emphasized she was AT 46")...then she says they can't play together. (Honestly, if she had taken her shoes off, she would've been below 46".) The "manager" said it's house rules...which I understand, if she was clearly over 46"!! But as the "manager" even said my daughter's friend was AT 46" WITH shoes on! It was just the 2 of them (my daughter and her friend)...it really shouldn't have been a big deal...and to make matters worse, her tone and customer service was just AWFUL (to say the least). You work in a fun environment...with kids! And you're the manager!! You should have a smile on, at least! Whom ever made ANGEL (she said that's her name) the manager should reevaluate! Just awful!
