Service is good, they're friendly. Prices are pretty normal I think for a coffee shop. For kids the play is hit or miss. Sometimes there's big kids who get into the infant area, sometimes the kids are overly aggressive and parents don't supervise their children. But this time was good, no bullies to my daughter, she got to drive the little bus and play construction. There was…read morenobody else in front of us when we arrived so we were under the impression that service would be quick... we got our first coffee within 5 minutes and then we had to stand around for another 35 minutes for the second coffee and toast.. meanwhile other customers are walking in and getting their stuff before us.. the girls working didn't acknowledge us standing there until 20 minutes go by then they ask what were waiting on... just seemed very disorganized and like nobody knew what was going on. Don't know if they have a manager but probably wouldn't hurt to hire one to help delegate tasks. They gave us a $5 off for next visit but probably wont be going back. ‍

Had my daughters 1st birthday party, it was an open jump party, so it was open for everyone. It was pretty busy, one of the tricycles wheels broke off and we went to let her know about it and she was pointing out that it was one of my older sons that did it, which was very annoying because he never went on them, an she jus kept on pointing at him which was so rude, blabbing out HIM!! we were the ones that told her we seen it was broken. She had her phone translate to us that we would have to pay $200 for it. I told her translating phone, I WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR THAT BECAUSE WE DID NOT DO IT.
