After having gone to the Sky Trampoline Park with Anchorage family at toddler time for a three year old's birthday I was sold on what a great, safe, and family friendly experience they offer our grandchildren and their parents. I live in Oregon and have been trying to purchase a family membership for them as a Christmas gift. In the last eight (8) days, calling nearly every day and sometimes multiple times a day my expereince has been disappointing. I have yet to reach any live person with whom I can place a phone order. Their website to join is a deadend, besides which I cannot sign a waiver for them. There is no email option I've found for outreach. I want to pay for the membership over the phone and have them notify the recipients of their pending membership. However, despite mutiple voicemail messages left in the Admin mailbox I have yet to speak with anyone. I tried the phone option for speaking to a live person working onsite but was disconnected twice after waiting a long while for someone to answer. Unless someone can walk in I don't see how to purchase a family membership. Too bad. read more

A lot of fun for the kids and adults that jump. They have games and host parties. Their system runs a bit slow, causing long entry lines, and if you want to buy a snack, you'll have to stand in that line. Would recommend them buy a vending machine so customers don't have to wait in line. Last but not least, a lot of their arcade is down. My kid lost about 10$ in broken arcade games and didn't want to cause grief due to becoming more stressed over the long line. Simple problems, that are repairable. Hopefully I can adjust my rating next time I go. read more

Ernie was making the trampoline experience unenjoyable, and made my birthday less amazing. I felt he was yelling and raising his voice when not needed. All around a terrible visit, and he was targeting my friends, which I think was because we were older and he though we were going to cause trouble when we were just trying to celebrate my birthday. read more

I love this place for toddler time. I do wish the toddler hours were a little later but it's great for the little ones to run around. They do have set rules for adults which make sense. It can feel like a bit of fun is being taken away because you really want to bounce your kid but it is a safety issue. I think it's a great big place for kids. read more

Brought my niece; she is having an okay time. There are a bunch of sweaty boys (rightfully so, for the activity) and the place smells like a gym sock. The eldest employee today is very friendly and personable. The younger staff seem to be in a mood. read more

I went here for the first time with fellow Raven homeschoolers, signed our waivers, got socks, and $10 on a massage chair card. It's $1.00 for five minutes of massage from head to calves. Was very cool to see the black light turned on too. There were arcades we didn't get around to but looking forward to more trips here for sure! read more

came to celebrate birthday for son by coming to color the night. paid full price even though the ninja course was down, and was told nothing we could do about it. no discounts after we already paid. disappointed for sure. read more

Terrible place to go. I paid 2 dollars to play a broken game that just takes my money. So I go to the next one swipe my card and guess what, Another broken game that doesn't let me play and takes my money. read more

Do not give this business your credit card info. They overcharged me and continue to charge me even though I have cancelled all memberships.

It's a great spot for older kids, with toddlers you are better off somewhere else (yes, even during toddler time). Parents are not allowed to jump with kids, or even hold them and gently bounce. When asked, the employees only explanation was "because of double bouncing", which mysterious phenomenon they were unable to explain, except to say "it's unsafe". You are, however, allowed to sit outside the trampoline and hold their hands while they bounce... So for $18 each (plus the cost of socks), enjoy not playing with your kids. Pass. I'll add that the facility is clean, and well lit. The employees are friendly, even if they are apparently unacquainted with physics. read more

Check in was a mess. Took about 45 mins of standing in line. One teenager to check in every one.

this was the absolute worst experience for a birthday party we've ever had! The party room was not ready, but they put us in there anyway. There were no decorations, there were no forks, and there was no party attendant to help with anything so we had to go ask for everything we needed including drinks. The room was extremely dirty with food in every chair that we had to clean so our kids could sit down. All of the staff was extremely rude and very put off that we were asking for the things that were supposed to be included! We will never do this again. read more

This trampoline park is my favorite one in Alaska, not even comparable. I've been here about 8 times in my lifetime, and it is GREAT. There's a lot of space for your things, they have more then just trampolines. There is a VR headset game for 4 people, a whole arcade, and a prize bar if you win tickets. Obviously, the prizes are overpriced, but it's what they do to make money, and it is amazing. All my friends love it. They have 2 American Ninja Warrior warp walls, and they are perfect for any age. They have a lot of trampolines, a foam pit with a rope swing, monkey bars over foam cubes, and a joust foam bar area. It's AMAZINGLY sanitary and I don't see nasty things anywhere, like I do in Get Air or Shockwave. The employees are extremely friendly and do not micromanage, but if you're breaking a rule, they will give you a warning. As for the prices, it's about the same as Shockwave prices, $18-ish an hour. At around 7:30, they make it neon version, which me and my cousin loved. If you're looking for something fun to do as a reward for your kids good work, or have a party at a trampoline park, Fly's the place, 100% read more

My little cousin had a birthday party here and we were treated like absolute DIRT. My cousin has his 4th birthday party and we had to wait 45 minutes after the time we were scheduled for a birthday room. When we finally got into the room, we were rushed the entire time and were unable to take pictures with him and his presents because the employee would snatch his gifts and hand him a new one before he could even get the wrapping off. His mom was also charged over $500 for the entire birthday party for about 10 kids. Wish I could give ZERO STARS if it was possible and would never recommend this place to ANYONE. read more

Zero stars. Rudest staff ever! The man working the "floor" is incredibly aggressive and screams at the kids. I understand there are rules for safety but the way he talks to children and enforces those rules is uncalled for. He shouldn't be able to work around children. Overpriced, dirty (like disgustingly dirty), trash cans overflowing onto the ground, smells like weed as soon as you walk in. Will never spend my money there again. read more

We've been to the park a couple of times once for a birthday and it was a really great experience. The staff was really great. My kids actually come home and talk about the staff and how nice they are. The park is really fun there's great games. The kids of course love the virtual reality game. read more

My boyfriend and I came here for the first time tonight. I was a bit anxious about it not being that fun but it was great! We came for the jump after dark, and it definitely wasn't lacking. Arcade area had a lot of variety, there's lots of room to jump, as well as obstacle courses, basketball, dodgeball etc. Massage chairs were a nice touch! Staff were extremely kind and helpful. My only con is the laser tag room just because of how easy it was even on extreme. read more
