Kids had fun especially my youngest. Even when the place was packed, still plenty of space for play.

It sits at the end of a mostly abandoned strip mall. It is noticeably more spacious than its competitors. Like all places that require a waiver, try to get that taken care of online, before you're there physically. It's not uncommon to experience an incompetent employee working the pay desk, and holding everyone up. Give yourself plenty of time and exercise patience...it's for the kids. There are lots of tables available for you to sit and spread out. I appreciate the long tabletop with stools, that sits directly in front of the trampoline area, so you can further helicopter parent. There are rock walls, arcade games, and other random items for the children to enjoy, in addition to, the trampolines. They sell dip-n-dots ice cream as well as pizza and other snacks. Naturally, Shockwave is starting to show its age in some areas. What's important to me, is that everything was safe and looked clean, including the bathrooms. My kids always have a blast and tire themselves out here. Till' next time Shockwave Trampoline Park!

There's plenty of different areas for kids to explore, and jumping on the trampolines is fun. The staff is always friendly & helpful. Though there only ever seem to be 1-2 people working at a time & only at the front desk. No one is ever actually policing the park making sure people are following the rules. Maybe it's different during peak hours, but that seems generally unsafe. They just added a super cool obstacle course & slide area. Even adults can fit through it to supervise their kids: it's a really fun area, and the kids enjoy it. It's already extremely run down & it's only a few months old. I've watched it deteriorate from when it was new. The lack of rule following by patrons & lack of overall cleanliness makes this place extremely run down. After we leave here I always feel like we need to sanitize. No idea how parents are in here wearing their actual socks because it's gross. If they actually took the time to clean and care for the equipment this place would easily be 5 stars. What they're charging you'd think they'd be able to maintain it a little better at least in terms of cleaning. I understand the equipment is probably expensive to maintain. BUT if rules were enforced then the longevity of the equipment would also be preserved. Due to it being Alaska and a lack of competition it seems these types of businesses have no motivation to maintain standards.

I live in Oregon and have been trying to purchase a family membership for them as a Christmas gift. In the last eight (8) days, calling nearly every day and sometimes multiple times a day my expereince has been disappointing. I have yet to reach any live person with whom I can place a phone order. Their website to join is a deadend, besides which I cannot sign a waiver for them. There is no email option I've found for outreach. I want to pay for the membership over the phone and have them notify the recipients of their pending membership. However, despite mutiple voicemail messages left in the Admin mailbox I have yet to speak with anyone. I tried the phone option for speaking to a live person working onsite but was disconnected twice after waiting a long while for someone to answer. Unless someone can walk in I don't see how to purchase a family membership. Too bad.

It's wildly stimulating, with sounds, kids and bright lights everywhere. They're definitely different from when I was a kid. If you haven't been in the past decade, there's no animatronics fixed to a stage but there is still music and life size Chuck E. Roaming around. My daughter liked the games because she's three. There was a good mix of games for little kids, rides and an assortment for larger kids or adults. We got the tokens loaded onto a card instead of a timed card so it'll be a few returns before we max it out. The price wasn't all that bad. Despite the conspiracy theories about mismatched leftover pizza slices they actually appear to come out fresh from one whole pizza. The pizza itself was alright. By no means bad but used to be a lot better. The ranch tastes mid but the same as other locations in the lower 48. As far as service it was 50/50. Some of the people working do not care and are not very friendly but the young lady behind the register was super. It did take 35 minutes to get pizza from the time we ordered until the buzzer went off. The fries are not my type but they're a safe food for my baby's allergies. They appeared baked instead of fried. Overall not a bad experience but not as great as it once was but maybe I'm just getting old and times are changing.

I imagine lines get long during peak hours. Luckily we were there at opening. Most games were brand new and easy to use for my toddler. They even have a little jumping area that will require you to visit the front desk for non-slip socks. Plenty of seating up and downstairs, the booths look new and updated. I unfortunately cannot comment on the food this review but CEC usually has very decent pizza, wings, and salad. Next time! Those bathrooms are still gag worthy though. I want to say the flooring right before the bathroom was completely soaked through. As someone with sensory issues I was mortified to feel the squish under my feet. All staff encountered were welcoming and helpful.
