Over 2 months for a windshield replacement caused by a rock. The process started on March 9, 2026,…read moreand as of May 11, 2026, we are finally being told the vehicle is ready for pickup. Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. We had to follow up more than 8 times ourselves just to get updates. Multiple times we were told someone would call back, but no one ever did. When we finally reached someone, they often did not know the status of the vehicle and said they would "find out," but then never followed up. This was nearly a $3,000 windshield repair, and the service experience did not match the price at all. The vehicle was also left unlocked outside in the parking lot for most of the repair process. We could see this through the vehicle's app, meaning anyone could have accessed it. When we stopped by to check on the vehicle after it had been sitting there for months, it was filthy. There was mud throughout the interior and debris on the exterior that had not been cleaned up. We were also told 3 days ago that the vehicle was ready and that keys would be left for pickup. We drove 40 minutes only to arrive and find no keys available, meaning we could not pick up the car after all. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service and communication experiences we have had with a repair shop. Delays happen, but the lack of communication, follow-through, and care for the vehicle made the entire process extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this location based on our experience.

Wow, unbelievably rude phone technicians at this spot! First I called and spoke to one woman who…read morekept insisting I couldn't bring my car in for an estimate since I have National General insurance. I kept explaining to her that I was paying for it so it didn't matter my insurance when she hung up. Then I called back to find out what happened to the call and another equally rude woman Mary answers. Mary has the same rude tone as the first woman but I explain to her the situation and she proceeds to book my estimate appointment 3 weeks out. I asked if I could go ahead and schedule the repair since I know what I need and she said no, it would be booked 3-4 weeks after the estimate. So I asked to speak to a manager and she said Lee wasn't in and wouldn't be in all week. So then I asked for the manager in charge while he was away and Mary said it was her.....what?! She couldn't have dealt with that in a more transparent way? What a jerk. As a small business owner myself I would be mortified if one of my employees(let alone 2) spoke and treated any of my customers this way.

I am so glad I took the car there. Within a few hours they had diagnosed the issues and gave me both the upside and the downside to the required repairs. By the next day, I had a fully operational vehicle that had been properly repaired and at a cost that I was very comfortable with. The service is excellent. The guys are friendly and will provide their honest, detailed analysis of the job prior to any repairs. I could not be happier with the work done and won't look elsewhere for any service in the future. Thank you so much for

I have reviewed them elsewhere as well.... Brought my car for vibrations. I had previously did all…read moremy motor mounts with them earlier. Because of that, I didn't think it was the mounts so soon. I brought it to Volvo and even they said it was the mounts. I brought it back to them (Bennetts) and they revved the engine to test the mounts and denied it BUT reluctantly agreed to replace the trans mount and the front upper mount on the passenger side and order the parts. When I brought it back to get them done, they changed their minds and only replaced the trans mount which did not help. I brought my car to a shop that they (Bennetts) recommended because of a different issue that they could not handle.....Since the new shop had to remove the mount that Bennetts DIDN"T change to get to my other issue, I told them to just replace it, (at my own cost even though the old part was still under warranty and Bennetts refused to replace it), while they were there. Which they did at no extra charge for the labor...Low and behold, the car rides perfect with no vibration what so ever!!! It WAS the mount that Bennetts decided not to warranty and change after all!.... Poor diagnosis technique to say the least and they will find a way not to honor their warranty... This has been my experience and mine alone....Good luck!!!!
