If I could give this place no stars, I would. Please don't trust this place. Our experience with Gerber Collision & Glass in Murfreesboro was absolutely awful -- and honestly, heartbreaking. This wasn't just any car they worked on. It was our beloved family car -- the one I learned to drive in, the one we took on so many road trips and made so many memories in. We trusted them to take care of it after a wooden plank damaged the hood and windshield. Big mistake. They had our car for weeks, and when we finally got it back, it was in far worse condition. The interior was filthy. The leather seats were completely ruined. The fender trim on both front tires is hanging on by a thread. The sunroof has stains, and the interior compartment cover is broken. How does that even happen during a repair job? There was zero care or professionalism in how they handled our vehicle. It felt like they just didn't care. What should've been a simple repair turned into an even bigger mess, and now we're left cleaning up after their poor work. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If your car means something to you -- if you expect even basic respect for your property -- avoid Gerber Collision in Murfreesboro. We trusted them with something that mattered to us, and they completely let us down. read more

Had the pleasure of working with David C. While working with Gerber for minor paint repairs. David and his team were fast and efficient and I was only without my vehicle for a few days. Dropped my car off 2 1/2 weeks ago on 6/7/21 for some minor scratch and dent work. I was assured that all of my parts were in before I dropped off my vehicle. Was told my car would be ready on Monday 6/ 21/21 so I turned my rental car in. When I got a ride to Gerber I was told it was not going to be ready until tomorrow and I would get a phone call later that day. Never received a call. Called up there and was put on hold so long I hung up. Next morning Tuesday 6/22/21 got a text that said we apologize for not calling you yesterday but your car should be ready this afternoon. No one called so I called and was told it would be ready tomorrow. Today is 6/23/21 and was told this morning after calling that it would be ready later this afternoon. No one called me all day, they close at 5 pm so I got a ride to Gerber at 4 pm. Was told to sit in the lobby to wait on the manager. 30 minutes later the manager addresses me in front of everyone in the lobby and told me he was waiting on a part and it wouldn't be ready until "tomorrow". This is the WORST place I have ever dealt with. I have Missed 3 days of work because these people can't get their story straight and have jacked me around for the past 2 1/2 weeks. Okay so here is my story.. I was told to take my car to them by State Farm after hitting a deer and I did but when they gave me the estimate the guy said they didn't even know if they could get the parts needed for my 2002 Ford Explorer and if I decided to go with them to let them know.. but I left there feeling like what they might not be able to fix it.. so I stopped at Ford Collision and they said yes that was normal that they would say that because sometimes it is difficult to fix older vehicles..So Ford wasn't that helpful either.. making it seem like the insurance may have to cut me a check instead of me getting a new bumper.. I was really upset .. However I was recommended to see if J and W Collision could fix it .. and low and behold they were able to find me a bumper and even fixed my headlight to make it street legal while I waited for my bumper to come in.. and they got eveything cleared through State Farm.. and for a much lower estimate than Gerber.. I am so happy.. and now have a body shop that I will definitely use in the Future.. J and W collision.. were so nice to me.. Sorry Gerber .. but you must watch how you tell people when they have something needing to be fixed read more

So if you're going to get any work here you must schedule time to get an estimate. That is ridiculous I was getting a third estimate for a small fender bender and I stopped by. There was zero empathy or desire to help. They were all about their process in their policy to schedule this estimate. Not about customer service. I will never spend a dollar with this company.
