These guys do a great job. Everyone is polite.Mr Nelson is a no-nonsense fellow but very professional. I went by there one day to ask for help getting the card I dropped under a seat. The nice worker retrieved it lickity-split. read more

Man look a hear! I haven't been taking care of my car far as cleaning wise for a while. So my wife recommended them to me. On top of knowing them, they are a Christian Black owned business, who I will always support. They did a phenomenal job with the full detail of my car! On top of that, he did my headlight restoration which I asked him last minute. For the price I paid for both, it was well worth it. He has a permanent customer, and my wife and kids loved how clean my car was! Can't wait to get my wife's van detailed as well!!!! FANTASTIC WORK!!!!! read more

Had the great pleasure to happen across this place. First off, nicest people I have ever met. They were personable and respectful. My car was an absolute disaster after spilling coffee on the driver's side carpet and my dog getting sick in the back seat. They gave me a fair quote and made it look like new. Honestly, it has not looked this clean since I bought it. Thank you! read more

Such a great experience! Happened to be in town and saw all of the excellent reviews, decided to stop in. Best car wash for the money I can ever recall. Such attention to detail and the guys were super friendly and helpful. My car was covered in salt and snow reside inside and out and they far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend! read more

This is the most expensive detail I've paid for and after having a chance to get in my vehicle and do a true inspection, I have several spots I will have to clean myself. I've added one picture for reference, but there are several others. I am not adding this review to get anything or to be rude, but just want folks to know. I did my homework, read reviews, and I wish I had seen a review like this before making the decision to choose Nelson's. read more

I will change this review to five stars once I get the socket set that was removed from the back of my 2007 Chevy Suburban returned after my detail work last Saturday at 8 am. It fit right in that spot between the speaker and the hand truck. Came out to use it and it's gone! read more

Pulled right in on a long shot needed the inside of my work truck cleaned. I caught some luck and he was free! 30.00 for a full wipe down of my interior.... cleaned my dashboard and doors. Vacuumed and washed my floor mats.... great deal! Full shampoo and detail inside would have been 75.00 but I didn't have the time... I'll be back again for sure! read more

Quenshawn and his team did a fantastic job detailing our Nissan Armada! Very professional as well as personable!

Wow! They were very responsive and did a great job. Got me in the same day and picked up and delivered the car for me (rainy day). The car had been my father in laws and he took his dog everywhere. It looks and smells brand new now. Highly recommend them! read more

Made an appointment for today at 8:15. 9:15 rolled around and still a no show. Attempted to contact and never received a reply. Will not use this company and will recommend friends and family do likewise. Update: the owner contacted me to explain there was confusion on the location as to where the service would be completed. read more

I had a commercial vehicle that is billed through ARI. Their team worked with me to get ARI what they needed in order to ensure my vehicle got the full detail. The SUV was filthy from years of neglect, but Nelson's was able to bring it back to almost new condition. I look forward to bringing my vehicle to them once a month and get a yearly detail from them. They also earned my business on my personal vehicle. Everyone who works there treated me with respect and always greeted me with a smile. They have a great father and son team and the rest of the staff are great as well. Thanks again! read more

These guys did a great job!! I have a 100 lb. black lab that rides with me to work almost daily. They got every bit of hair out of my truck and shampooed the carpets. All in the hot July heat! I would definitely use them again in the future. read more

Great first time visit today with my Corvette. Clean and Shining again! They wash the right way with no machines to scratch your paint. Looking forward to a long relationship. I love it that they are so convenient to Three Rivers Subdivision. read more

Basic HAND wash and interior is $15.00! There are different options available, but this is what I purchase and they vacuum (extremely well), interior wipe down, and hand wash for $15.00. They take pride in the finished product. They do not accept appointments which is a bit of a drawback, as they do quality work but it takes a while to do quality work. It did take appx 45 minutes to complete, but there were 2 people working and another car already there, so they had one person working on mine and one on the other vehicle. I am sure if no one else was there it would have been quicker with 2 people completing the job. read more

I'll start with stating I felt a little bad taking my vehicle to these guys because I have a black on black interior, and two white dogs and a toddler had not been kind to it. However, these guys did a fantastic job on it. I was very impressed and happy with my interior detail service. The pricing was about what I figured and it was worth every penny. Very pleased with the quality of work and I will definitely visit here again. I'd like to get a wax done, and if it's anything like their interior work I'm sure it will look amazing. Highly recommend this business. read more

Paid for the complete detail and got a very substandard job. There was only one guy working the entire facility up to about an hour before close. They rushed shampooing my interior and didn't get all the water out of the fabrics. The next day my car reeked of mildew. I had to pour baking soda all over the fabrics and have it re-shampooed. read more
