We trusted them to take care of it after a wooden plank damaged the hood and windshield. Big mistake. They had our car for weeks, and when we finally got it back, it was in far worse condition. The interior was filthy. The leather seats were completely ruined. The fender trim on both front tires is hanging on by a thread. The sunroof has stains, and the interior compartment cover is broken. How does that even happen during a repair job? There was zero care or professionalism in how they handled our vehicle. It felt like they just didn't care.
