The nooks and crannies were NEVER cleaned thoroughly. The upholstery still had stains and was wet for almost 3 days! The worst was the smell! they must have dumped orange fragrance into the fabric because without exaggeration my car OVERWHELMINGLY reeked with an orange scent for 2.5 weeks. For the first two days I had to drive with the windows open it was SOO strong (and it was winter). I don't know if there are other options in town but I wouldn't pay for anything more here than a basic wash and vacuum.
