We chose this location because 1) availability 2) location 3) pricing (he was significantly cheaper than other companies around us, which should have been a red flag). This review is going to be lengthy but it's worth reading if you like to do your research beforehand. Our encounter with Brennan was polite at first. He introduced himself and then started complaining about the customer before us, which I thought was odd because the customer wasn't complaining or being difficult. We couldn't understand him much due to his mumbles but we brushed it off. We asked him to match our factory tint that was already on the back windows. He said ok, it's at 20%. When he was finished, he said it's not exactly the same but it'll look better in the sun (we were in the garage). I said ok. We drove out of the parking lot but noticed bubbles and a few minor things wrong so we turned back around and he fixed it. He apologized profusely and said bubbles will be present for a few more weeks. We also noticed the customer who were there before us had returned as well. Not sure what happened there; I guess there was a problem with his tint too. As the weekend went by and I was able to look at my car from afar, I noticed the tints really didn't match. My husband called Brennan and asked if he can fix it or give us a refund. He proceeded to tell my husband that he's not going to break the law for us and if my husband wanted to get the courts involved then that's fine. My husband was very confused as to why he said all of this because there was no mention of going to court. Brennan proceeded to say my husband was upset because he (Brennan) is damn good at his job and he said we probably vote democrat and we need to go somewhere else with that and began mumbling a lot of incomprehensible things and then hung up on my husband. My husband called back several times but it went straight to voicemail each time; which led us to believe that he blocked my husband's number. Our encounter with him was very bizarre. It's almost as if he has some kind of psychological problems he's battling within himself. Please think carefully before trusting your vehicle to him. It was apparent within the first 10 minutes of meeting him that he was just not right in the head. He would mumble about topics that just didn't make sense or didn't flow together. But by the time we figured it out, he was already working on our tints. I hope this review helps with your decision making!

Completely unreliable is putting it mildly. I made an appointment over a week in advance to drop my vehicle. I arrived on time, but Brennan never showed to open his business. Didn't respond, phone calls or text messages. I have an extremely busy schedule, and I can barely make time to do anything other than work. Dealing with unreliability is not doesn't work for me. Save yourself the aggravation and lost time. There are other businesses in town that are legitimate, and do good work. Like All Wraps and Tint.

I've used Joe's Tint Shop before for my wife's car he came out to our house on a Saturday and tinted her windows right in the driveway. The work was great, the experience was easy, and ever since then I knew I'd call him again. Fast forward to my new car: Joe was scheduled to come to my house again on a Saturday, but with bad weather on the way, he actually met me at my workplace instead. He took my car to his shop, left his own truck with me in case I needed to go anywhere, and brought my car back just a couple hours later. That kind of service is almost unheard of these days. Joe goes far above and beyond to earn your business. His prices are very competitive, and his warranty is as simple as it gets "call me if you ever have any issues." At least apologize and explain nicely and not so straight to defensive. Go to anyone else.
