I'm going to give an honest review, not to bash Brennan Summars (owner) but to give future customers a heads up of what they're getting in to. We chose this location because 1) availability 2) location 3) pricing (he was significantly cheaper than other companies around us, which should have been a red flag). This review is going to be lengthy but it's worth reading if you like to do your research beforehand. Our encounter with Brennan was polite at first. He introduced himself and then started complaining about the customer before us, which I thought was odd because the customer wasn't complaining or being difficult. We couldn't understand him much due to his mumbles but we brushed it off. We asked him to match our factory tint that was already on the back windows. He said ok, it's at 20%. When he was finished, he said it's not exactly the same but it'll look better in the sun (we were in the garage). I said ok. We drove out of the parking lot but noticed bubbles and a few minor things wrong so we turned back around and he fixed it. He apologized profusely and said bubbles will be present for a few more weeks. We also noticed the customer who were there before us had returned as well. Not sure what happened there; I guess there was a problem with his tint too. As the weekend went by and I was able to look at my car from afar, I noticed the tints really didn't match. My husband called Brennan and asked if he can fix it or give us a refund. He proceeded to tell my husband that he's not going to break the law for us and if my husband wanted to get the courts involved then that's fine. My husband was very confused as to why he said all of this because there was no mention of going to court. Brennan proceeded to say my husband was upset because he (Brennan) is damn good at his job and he said we probably vote democrat and we need to go somewhere else with that and began mumbling a lot of incomprehensible things and then hung up on my husband. My husband called back several times but it went straight to voicemail each time; which led us to believe that he blocked my husband's number. Our encounter with him was very bizarre. It's almost as if he has some kind of psychological problems he's battling within himself. Please think carefully before trusting your vehicle to him. It was apparent within the first 10 minutes of meeting him that he was just not right in the head. He would mumble about topics that just didn't make sense or didn't flow together. But by the time we figured it out, he was already working on our tints. I hope this review helps with your decision making! read more

I wish I could give Brennan a good review because he's a nice guy. That's where it stops though. If I ran my business like he runs his, I'd be out in of business. Completely unreliable is putting it mildly. I made an appointment over a week in advance to drop my vehicle. I arrived on time, but Brennan never showed to open his business. Didn't respond, phone calls or text messages. I have an extremely busy schedule, and I can barely make time to do anything other than work. Dealing with unreliability is not doesn't work for me. Save yourself the aggravation and lost time. There are other businesses in town that are legitimate, and do good work. Like All Wraps and Tint. read more

For the record. this is a detailed and honest review of Precision Paint (Ceramic Pro) located in Murfreesboro, TN for window tinting on cars/trucks, and of the owner, Brennan. Responded to an ad I seen of Facebook for $175 for Ceramic Pro tint for sides and back. They had the best price, but had some very mixed reviews. Called number on site (personal cell phone)? and went 3/15/23. Shop was closed but Brennan said he recently had a newborn, and the extra money would come in useful. He was over 30 minutes late. I would have just left but I drove 40 minutes, so I stayed. Brennan is a talky guy, and some of the conversation didn't even relate to my reason for being there. Almost like he thought I was someone else he knew. Confirmed I wanted 20% "Ceramic Pro" all around (as the ad stated). He states that I must remain in the office because of insurance purposes. After about 10 minutes he returned to the office saying that tinting the back windows would make it "too dark" since there was already a factory tint on the windows". He said he would apply a clear "ceramic film" to help with heat rejection. I had no experience ceramic film, so I said ok. He comes back 15 minutes, appearing exhausted. I thought it was to ask a question. He said he was done, and shows me a picture of my vehicle. Looked dark. Some buddies of his randomly appear (shop closed) as I was paying, so I stepped outside waiting for him to pull my vehicle out. After 10 minutes, he said I could inspect it and pull it out myself (wait, I wasn't allowed in the shop earlier). I quickly looked at it in the shop and outside (overcast day), and it appeared free of wrinkles or any major bubbles. Next day it was obvious, he didn't apply any tint whatsoever to the side backs or rear, NONE! Did I just pay $175 for my 2 fronts to be tinted????? Attempted to message via Facebook and email. No response. Texted next day. He said he was sorry for the "misunderstanding", and that could return and he would "ETCH OFF" the film on the backs, and do it again. And that I could "stand in the shop and watch him so that he could demonstrate his full transparency". WHAT???? Now getting defensive and making about work he should have done, but didn't. I'm surely not going back, let alone let this guy touch my truck ever again. When I asked for a refund, he gets more defensive, saying. I did the front's, so you owe me $100. BUT YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE THE ENTIRE TRUCK for $175!!! He said he would do a "partial refund" on 3/17, but as of 4/29, I have yet to see it. I just submitted a chargeback. So, I'll end saying that this is the most bizarre business transaction I've encountered! He did a good job on the front windows, but the pure deception about the rest of the job is just strange. Did he think I wasn't going to say anything? And telling me I wasn't allowed to be in the shop DURING the job, yet, its OK for me to go in the shop and pull my truck out while you party with your friends? Not sure what was going on that day, but I started feeling a little weird and uncomfortable, and I surely wasn't going back to correct work that should have been done in the first place. I wish I could rate this business a ZERO. I am so angry I decided to get my windows tinted at this place. I felt very rushed when I dropped my car off, like he was not listening. The guy I bought my car from recommended him so I thought I would look past his bad attitude in hopes my new car's tint would look great. They told me it would be ready around a certain time and that they would call when it was ready. I called to check on it because it was well passed the time they told me. They said there was a delay and it would be done at the time of closing. So I'm running errands and I SEE THEM DRIVING MY CAR down the road!!! First off, I was impressed with website, the reviews, and a quick response. I scheduled my appointment. This is not my first experience getting windows tinted. Ive several vehicles through the years. His prices were too good to be true so....going off past reviews he had, I said ok. Upon completion the window was beginning to peel he said I'm sorry let me fix it for you. It makes sense to make sure your work is done before handing it over to the customer . While driving home, windshield began peeling again. I notified him and was told " I'll come to you after work...it's my reputation on the line" That spoke volumes, he never showed. When I called... he said "oh i forgot , I'll come tomorrow." I took it upon myself to drive out there the next morning. I didn't wanna take my chances. I get there and I immediately felt rushed and I was inconveniencing him. Then I'm told that it's my brand new trucks fault. Extremely unprofessional. As days went on, the bubbles haven't gone away. There's hair/debris trapped between glass. The rear window is peeling along side two other doors. I waited 7 days to roll down. I contacted him, he got back in the most untimely manner. Offered no appointments, only to tell me. I'm so busy with all the dealerships I'm doin work for I'm booked. Well as I business owner. All customers are equal. You cannot make every one happy in life. I gave him every chance to get back. I had my windows tinted at this place on December 29th. When the guy finished tinting my windows, I noticed 4 bubbles in the tint on one of the windows. He told me that they will dry up within 5-7 days. After two weeks, the bubbles were still there. I went back and showed him. He replaced the tint but this time it had a piece of the glue stuck on the window behind the tint that he replaced. After driving off, I noticed it and went back. He apologized but told me that he couldn't get to it because the Nissan dealership had a job for him and when they call he jumps. That comment made me feel like my business was less important than the dealership. I understand that my job not have paid him as much as the dealership but I paid for a service just like Nissan did! He told me that he could get to it the next day which was a Sunday because he was available all day. I changed my schedule around to go back. When I called him on Sunday, he told me that he was busy until around 5 or 6. I showed up at 6 only for him to tell me 8pm. Now at this point I'm frustrated and I let him know how frustrated I was. He promised me that he would call me after 8 once he was finished. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard from him. I've paid for a product and service and now that he has the money, he doesn't seem to care about correcting the mistake. If you are not a dealership requesting his service, do not use this guy!! read more
