    This little smudge is a highly zoomed in picture of the work afterwards. This actually looks worst than it is.

    Today I went in with my daughter to get her windshield repaired. She had a pea size rock indentation around the center. We were immediately seen and filled out the paperwork and two minutes later we're giving the keys to the Safelite technician and showing him the area that she needed repaired. We went in and sat down in the waiting room which was about ten minutes and the technician came back and said the resin took and it looked good. Give it about ten more minutes and we should be ready to go. True to his word. We were out the door within that 10 minutes when he came back with the car and the keys. Awesome service. I'm truly pleased with the way Safelite handled my daughter's windshield and the approach and professionalism was up and beyond fantastic. Highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking to have window work done. Value is great because our insurance paid for it all. Can't beat that!

    Stress fracture of defective window they put in new. No rocks hit it, no impact.

    They don't honor their warranty. They don't answer their own customer service calls from corporate office. They have wasted hours of my time. Better off going elsewhere. 4/9/2024 - I have reached out to customer service. Your warranty line hangs up on you. You call the other lines they send you to the shop. If the shop answers the phone at all, the shop manager is rude and talks over you. It goes round and round. Your company doesn't want to help. I'd rather go somewhere else after being on the phone several days for several hours. My time is valuable too. My only regret is I should have read all these posts first.

    Had someone come out to replace my windshield and was told "while" taking off the windshield that there didn't seem to be "any" problems putting the new one on. But... was later told that they weren't able to install it due to rust issues after taking it completely off, so I was left with no windshield at all and to ask someone else to fix it and do it myself with no help whatsoever. Tried to call them back for over an hour being left with automated messages and still no help from an actual human being which is absolutely frustrating. So now I can't drive at all for God knows how long due to ridiculous communication from my technician "before" removing the entire windshield and not just putting my old one back on so I could still drive it. Such a waste of time. Y'all are better off finding someone else to help you instead of relying on these people. Edit: (Also fair warning) That protective plastic they put on your car to keep your interior from getting rained on does absolutely nothing to protect it. All my floors are completely drenched in water due to rain which I now have to have professionally cleaned.

    I had an appointment scheduled for mobile glass replacement of busted windshield. I PAID MONEY IN FULL as required and was given a range of 8 am to noon for service. I realize life is busy but by 3 pm I still had not been contacted. Tried to call the office and was given the run around and transferred and no message able to be left. Here I am at the end of a ridiculously hectic week and my car still has a busted windshield even though I took time out of my work week to fulfill all of MY requirements for service. Between my insurance and my deductible the service is paid for in full but no one bothered to even reach out to me to let me know A) they were going to be late or B) they were not coming at all. But they sure did have no issue taking my payment. Every time I hear that stupid safe lite repair jingle it will remind me of this atrocious experience. And now I get to look forward to no money AND still a broken windshield on a freezing weekend in Nashville. Thanks for nothing Safe Lite. Bet it will now take 10-14 days to receive reimbursement for money stolen from me for goods and services not received. Merry Christmas!!

    Automatic Windshield Wiper Rain Sensor appearance after Safelite tech reinstallation.

    I scheduled my 2021 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport front windshield replacement on 4/29. I noticed very poor rain sensor appearance after Safelite windshield replacement. Moreover, the rain sensor did not function properly after Safelite tech reinstallation. I contacted Safelite to schedule warranty repair on 5/8. The Safelite tech who performed the warranty repair let me know the rain sensor did not function because it detached from the windshield. Yelp review photo shows rain sensor appearance after Safelite warranty repair. I let the technician know rain sensor appearance is not acceptable after Safelite warranty repair attempt. The tech responded that rain sensor appearance is the best he can do. I contacted Safelite customer service to voice my displeasure and seek an acceptable remedy. The Safelite customer service representative responded that the branch manager would be in contact with me. No call back from the Safelite branch manager although another branch employee called and stated that he would order gel adhesive to attach the rain sensor properly and resolve poor sensor appearance. I reached out to Safelite customer service by phone to determine warranty repair status on 5/21 and by email on 5/22 although no response to date. Email communication included photo of current condition, estimate from local Infiniti dealer to resolve substandard Safelite workmanship and reimbursement request. A quick internet search revealed numerous Safelite windshield replacement customers who voiced similar rain sensor concerns. Hard to understand why Safelite does not provide the necessary materials and tech training to deliver acceptable windshield replacement quality. We will certainly let others know about this extremely disappointing experience and work with a more reliable auto glass service provider in the future. Safelite's Murfreesboro TN location did not earn one star. Lowest possible Yelp rating is definitely warranted!

I have a Jeep and after 9 years, the windshield developed a crack. I went to LG and they quickly replaced it. A week later, and a rock on the interstate left a star shaped crack. I was thinking it was my bad luck, but then it happened two more times. A month after getting the windshield, a huge crack started down the center. I called LG and was told that Jeep's are just hard on windshields, which I imagine is true, but then she told me that this happens all the time and some people have said that another, tougher, brand of glass works better. I ran a ballpoint pen down the crack, as instructed, and noticed no indication that the crack was caused by a strike. This would mean it would be covered under warranty. LG sent out an installer who said it was caused by a strike, even though there was no proof by their own standard. They offered to replace it again for a slightly lower cost. I told them I couldn't afford to have a new windshield installed EVERY month for $300. This is the nicest shop I'll never use again. In short, my windshield last for NINE YEARS and then was replaced by Lawrence Glass and lasted ONE MONTH. Very disappointing.
