We really like that he's not a pushy salesman. Our experience has been that he's very professional. We've been using the service department at this dealership for almost 8 years. We were pretty bummed when the service manager, Tom, went to the Howell store because he was just an excellent guy to work with. The service department seems to have had some hiccups since he's been gone where little details were overlooked. For instance the time before last that my car was in, they filled the tires on the driver side, but not on the passenger side. So one side of my car had tires at 32 psi while the other side was at 27 psi. That was dissapointing. It's little things like that preventing me from giving a 5 star. Otherwise... this place does a good job.

They were so kind and informative through the whole process, from the time I took it in for an estimate, until I picked it up looking flashier than it was when I brought it in. This was my first time, dealing with this kind of repair with insurance and collision, and they handled all of it, from communicating with the insurance company, to keeping me informed of the progress, to making sure my car was shiny and beautiful for me upon pick up. But they didn't offer the option to pay for the pipe myself until I drove the "all fixed" car for three days and realized something was wrong with the muffler. Everything went downhill from there, with a whole day wasted when they were supposed to fix the muffler but didn't get the parts to do it. The staff was surly and would not use my correct name. The manager argued with me about my experience when I complained and tried to gaslight me about what happened. Don't go here!
