They communicated with our neighbor's insurance company to get a quick quote/estimate. After my wife dropped off her vehicle, they took her to enterprise to pick up her rental vehicle. During the repair process, they kept us in the loop and explained everything well. When repairs were done, my wife was able to swing by to drop off the rental vehicle at their shop and drive off in her vehicle. Enterprise then came to the shop to pick up the rental vehicle. I've used them in the past and they've always done a great job. The repairs will be less than half of what La Mettry was quoting. No insurance necessary. First of all, I had to get this done in the AM to be able to get done other things. I was not prepared to LEAVE my home when they called saying I had to come in instead of a home service so I had not eaten anything and could only grab a protein drink and get on the road. In the video they send "please prepare for your appointment" it says this is a 30 to 60 minute JOB INCLUDING SETTING OF THE GLUE. THIS TOOK over 2.5 HOURS! I was livid. I would have ubered home and back if I had known or had someone pick me up?! Let alone all the glass shards all over my dash and MISSING ANTENNA THEY HAVE TO REPLACE. This place was disgusting in the waiting room and it was early AM. Do they ever clean it? Did we not just have a pandemic? Uncomfortable armed chairs provided terrible positioning to relax or do my morning stretches. Sun shining in on gross beige walls and now grey salt covered floors. Bathroom was out of date too but at least seemed clean and not many ladies on site to use it anyways. Just avoid this location at all costs.
