The food is average. But the owners are really rude. I do NOT like how they treat employees, or how they deal with customers. There are no good excuses for this. SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE!!!! I worked in the service industry for years, starting off at a pizza place- so I get it people! I hardly ever complain, but when I do it's because of SERVICE! We were weekly regulars, always getting our "take out night" meals from Georgios. The food was awesome at first! Then it seems almost as if they stopped caring, orders were messed up or incomplete. Or sometimes there was nothing particularly wrong with the food, but you could tell the preparation was careless. The girls who answer the phone...there's ONE that's super nice all the time. Other than her, there's is more than plenty room for improvement. They are rude and dismissive and want nothing more than to get off the phone with you. We go to west side every week now- because when we call there we don't feel like we're a bother. The quality of the food and service is consistent, and the girls who take the orders are always so nice. I'm almost happy Georgios service was so awful! This place is killer, long lines but worth the wait. The only place in town to get a 4 pound salad.

This place has the best roast beef around. The pizza was better than average. I got some onion rings to go with the roast beef and found them boring, the batter didn't have much zing to it. Your best bet there is the Super Beef sandwich with bbq, mayo, and american cheese. Make sure you call ahead with a lunch order, the place gets packed in a hurry. Georgio's is my favorite place to go or have food delivered. The portions are HUGE especially their roast beef. There prices are very reasonable even without considering you feel like Fred Flinstone with the Rack of Dinosaur Ribs on the car when you are leaving! I would reccomend them to any and all. Wide Variety so you can even take the picky eater in the family. Service is outstanding. We ordered pizza from Georgios last Saturday from work. My friend took the liberty of choosing the restaurant. I am soooo glad she did. THe pizza was DELICIOSO!!!. I have been having a hard time finding a good pizza to be delivered. Well I found it!!!! It wasnt expensive either. They have specials for pizza and food. The only thing is that they may not deliver to your part of brockton. If they do, You must try them!!!! The food was hot when they delivered it! Thats almost nonexistent in delivery. I love this place. The roast beef is divine - cooked medium rare, as roast beef should be cooked, and sliced so thin and piled so high on the roll that I refer to it as "roast beef pressboard". Yes, that's a good thing. It actually does melt in my mouth. The pizza rolls are good, the pizza is better than average, and the corn chowder is to die for. Truly. Get some for dessert, it's that sweet. YUM. The service is fine, both on the phone and in the store, I have never had a problem with either. The only thing that gets them down from 5 stars is the INSANELY long delivery wait. They always tell me in advance what the wait time is (as soon as I say delivery, before even placing my order), and ask me if it's okay. But I order delivery them pretty frequently, and I can't ever remember less than an hour wait for delivery. Tonight it was an hour and 45 minutes. They usually arrive before the quoted time, but not by much. Why can't they get the delivery stuff together (hire more drivers, the business is obviously supporting it!), and deliver within a reasonable time frame, like everyone else in the area does? Seriously...not all the food is great here, but the stuff that is, is delicious. I get the same response from the delivery drivers that I get from the people who answer the phones, when I mention the long delivery times..."I'm so sorry, we're very busy!" So use that money to hire more delivery drivers! Come on, Georgio's, get your delivery act together! read more

I work in Brockton and this probably has to be my favorite place to get lunch. My co-workers and I get take out from Georgio's at least once a week! Everything there is just so damn good! Their Pizza rocks. My favorite is the Chicken Kabob Wrap- Greek Style. SoOoO Addicting! Their Crab meat salad wrap is awesome as well. I went to this place a few years back and their steak tip Greek salad was great. I recently ordered it and the steak was undercooked and chewy-like. Gross!!! Today I called to place an order and I had to call about 8 times before I got through. To have it delivered I was told an hour and for pick-up was 40 mins. Insane especially for pick-up. The girl on the phone was not friendly and had attitude when I had asked questions regarding the menu. I took a chance anyway and ordered and totally regretted it. This place is my favorite. I probably order once a week. BUT........ the last three weeks they have been under performing. First ordered pizza and they forgot the chicken. Then the 2nd Pizza tasted bad. Salty greasy. Yesterday I ordered Greek salad, sweet sausage sub and mozzarella sticks. . They forgot to add the dressing and Pita pocket. Usually very good chow from here but Friday was a major disappointment. Where we work we get Georgios delivered ever Friday and I usually get a salad w/ grilled steak, chicken or shrimp and its always huge and really good. Last Fri 4/2 I ordered the steak and it was a pale comparison to the usual, really chintzy portion. Don't know if just a fluke or their trying to save dough, but will give a skip next week. Been working in the area for a dew months and it's great here. The regular roast beef is what I get 80% of the time. They do it right here with a warmed sesame roll. If you're going to order on a Fridays, call ahead and expect a 30 minute wait, trust me it's well worth the wait. They are not the best place to order from but they are also not the worst. My favorite thing is their steak tips. In my opinion their pizza is slightly decent but I've had way better pizza from other places. Another thing I disliked is if you placed a order for delivery they would give you their estimated time but they were always off. If a place tells you its going to be a 45 min wait. I expect to wait anywhere from 30 mins - 1 hour. I understand there's more going on then just my delivery and things happen. More then one time I was told 45 mins and I ended up waiting well over a hour. (1 hour 20 mins or so). read more

We ordered takeout for the first time last night. It will be a long time before I would consider going back. We all ordered the same thing -- haddock sandwich -- and we split greek salads and onion rings. The haddock was dry and over-cooked, the roll was soggy, the onion rings were cold and soggy, and the greek salads consisted of huge chunks of lettuce. We picked the food up promptly so there was no reason for the onion rings to be cold if they were made to order, which they clearly were not. I've gone to this restaurant for the last few years and loved it. Today I ordered their calzone special, one buffalo and one steak and cheese. Two people were splitting them and one came across a rubbery plastic like substance in a piece of chicken. It was not chewable or edible by any means. I was told to bring it back and the manager told me it was a tendon and all chicken has them and he can't do anything about it. It wasn't. But either way, it was not edible and was a complete waste of money. Unfortunately, by the time we came across this, most of the calzone had been eaten. Needless to say, I feel sick knowing I could have eaten more of whatever it was. We ordered from them about three times a week, and sadly this will be our last time. Honey barbecue steak tips are pretty good, but can be hard to chew so be careful you don't choke. I really like the Buffalo Chicken Calzone, I definitely recommend it. Good place to order from on your break from work or after work. I think the quality of the food has gone down in the last couple of years. Georgio's is great! Despite the 15 minute drive, my office still likes to hit here once a week for take-out. Their signature "Super Beef" is a huge helping of tender roast beef on a perfect onion roll. We often get wings with our order as their buffalo sauce is good but their "sweet buffalo" is FANSTASTIC! Despite how incredibly busy it is EVERY time I go there, our order is ALWAYS accurate, always ready when I arrive and always hot when it gets back to the office.
