So when I was having a problem with my chainsaw stalling and not able to hold idle I thought they would be able to fix it and not rip me off. They're a half hour drive from my house so it's not a matter of convenience; it was a matter of TRUST! Dropped it off, Poulan Pro 4218, in February and paid $35 deposit. Paid another $50 when I picked it up. Told me there was water in the fuel and they sharpened the chain. I didn't need to use it right away and assumed that they had run it before charging me. When I had a need to use it it still had the same issue. I checked fuel for water and that wasn't an issue. Had to keep it revved up or it would stall, just as before. Last week had a big job to do at my son's house so drained fuel tank and bought True Fuel thinking it had to be the fuel and not Crane's failure to fix the problem, but still the same problem, constantly restarting and keeping it revved to be able to cut. Finally gave up and used small hand held electric to finish the work. Went back to Crane this morning wanting them to try again. Their response was to pay them again to try and fix what they didn't fix before. This store may be under new ownership but I really thought as a historically reliable hardware and service provider they would at least say "gee, we're sorry let's have a look" but instead it was "30 days, pay us again" to see if we know what we are doing this time. Guess I will see if YouTube can help me. Thanks Michael for the response. Not sure why I would pay a second time for something Crane couldn't fix the first time.

I walked in looking for sand paper like a rookie and picked one that goes like a belt on the tool however I was looking to use it by hand. The staff members approached me and helped me pick the right one with correct coarseness for my project. The checkout process was a breeze and they helped me learn and signup for their rewards program. I'm glad this is my neighborhood Ace Hardware. There is ample of parking besides the store. It can be seen from regular traffic. They offer plastic free packaging. Shopping is a pleasure here, kudos to staff and a management.

I usually dress in a suit; that's how I was brought up to always look your best. As I am being rung out at the register, the cashier, a middle-aged Caucasian male, looks at me and says, "Your address awfully nice for going out tagging." Then he chuckled. I found this to be highly offensive when I called him out on it. He responded well: " I don't see anything wrong with it. I was just making a joke." I informed him that words hurt, and if I were a Caucasian male, he would not have made that statement. Due to my experience, I will never go back to this or any Ace Hardware's

Jokes aside, this store is solid every single time I come in. I always find exactly what I'm looking for, which is saying a lot for a hardware store when you're mid-project and already annoyed. The layout makes sense, it's well stocked, and I'm rarely wandering around aimlessly. What really seals the deal here is the staff. The employees are consistently friendly and genuinely helpful. Special shout-out to Otis, who helped me resolve a dryer issue in a matter of minutes. No upselling, no confusion -- just quick problem-solving that saved me time and frustration. This is one of those neighborhood Ace locations that actually lives up to the reputation: knowledgeable staff, dependable inventory, and a little personality to go with it.

This is the worst transaction/customer service experience I've ever had. I have already left a…read morereview on google about my experience as of Saturday, 4/26, but there still hasn't been a resolution. Home Depot please don't reach out to me here because you already did on Google, I have a case number and there still isn't any resolution. This location is "managed" by liars who don't value customer service. I ordered a grill online on 4/23 to be assembled and delivered on 4/26 any time between 6am-8pm. As you can see in the screenshot below it says this was attempted at 6:30am, that's a lie. I was later informed that the grill is still currently at the store and has yet to be assembled, STILL. The online associate said they spoke with someone at the store and said they felt there was a high chance it could still be delivered on 4/26 as I've shown in another screenshot. I noticed a tracking update that showed a "Missed with attempt" for a delivery at 5:26pm even though it was 3:58pm, as you can see in my screenshot. I called the store immediately to get an update on what was going on and the associate I spoke with told me her "manager on duty" was reaching out to the assembler to have him come in to build the grill so they could send it out that day. She told me he was coming in at 5:30pm. She also stated that her manager was reaching out to IT about the tracking mistake. She took my information and said she would call by 6 with an update. I never received a call. I called the store back Monday because I was informed they don't do deliveries on Sunday. At this point the tracking still hasn't updated. Once I got to another "manager on duty" I told her about my situation on 4/26 and she informed me that the assembler didn't come in on 4/26 and isn't scheduled to come in until Tuesday, 4/29. So the associates from Saturday lied. Every time I ask if there is anything that can be done for this inconvenience, I'm told a note is made in my file. Again, the worst experience I've ever had. I will not be doing business with this location going forward and maybe not Home Depot.
