He also provided recommendations as this was my first time doing a project of this kind and I was trying to handle both this and my wife's pregnancy at the same time. When the cabinets arrived, they were great quality, real plywood and he and his crew were able to get installation done in just a few hours. These are big cabinets and spaces to maneuver in and things look great. Of all the vendors I looked at, none were more organized, thorough, or helpful as Craig in listening to what we liked and getting back to us in a timely manner. He provided the quote on the 9th and I paid 50% down using Apple Pay and scheduled the 13th for the job. That day, he messaged me to move the date because the replacement shelves would not be done until the 14th. On the morning of the 14th, he messaged that he had a burst pipe and the plumber would be there til noon. Later he messaged to say it would be two days for the plumbing repair.He gave me 3 options: a full refund, cancel the job, or wait til Monday. I responded I would wait til Monday. His work on YELP looked good and I really just needed the closets finalized so I could hang my clothes. He confirmed for Monday the 17th arriving between 10-11. That morning at 820, he refunded all my money. He ghosted me. ignored all texts asking for clarification or explanation. I considered this a very unprofessional way to handle not being able to make the job, especially after he kept pushing the date back and I was so accommodating. I paid another contractor to do the closets but still am in need of the closets and doors getting straightened. Thinking that now it was an even easier job and he seemed so knowledgeable when I met him, I messaged him again; providing a screenshot where he said he's ordered shelves, and asking was he available to do the shelves. Still ghosted. I understand being busy because you're good but this was just poorly handled and very unprofessional.

According to our agreement, this work was supposed to be completed in December 2025. As of June 2026, the chimney cap remains unfinished. Despite numerous phone calls, text messages, and attempts to communicate, I have received no response from the company regarding the status of the remaining work. The lack of communication, follow-through, and professionalism has been extremely frustrating. Because the project was left incomplete, I am now faced with hiring another contractor and spending an additional $2,000 to finish the work that was already paid for under the original contract. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage potential customers to be cautious about paying the full project cost upfront. My expectation was that the company would honor its commitments and complete the work as promised, but unfortunately that did not happen in my case.
