My A/C went out, and he came out and accessed the problem, and I must say that I am, and also was very pleased with his work. The work was completed in a very timely manner, and there was no additional mark up cost, more than what was discussed, and contracted. Thank you very much Mr. Hart, it was a job well done.

She worked with me an hour and half and I an thrilled with the selections for the shower walls, floor, accent and the bathroom floor. Their showroom is well laid out with lots of choices. Sharissa really spent time working with me trying different looks. She also had good ideas. The accent I chose is very different to most I had seen in the Auburn area. It is important to make an appointment, by doing so, you will have the amount of time you need to work with Sharissa and experiment with a variety of looks. I know from this experience when I need tile I will go to Jernigan. Highly recommend this company and Sharissa.

I would not recommend this business. Jernigan Tile was contracted for tile installation on a major…read moreremodeling project on my new home. Within 3 months of the installation, a section of grout on the shower floor of the master bath turned black. Jernigan was notified and were provided multiple opportunities to correct the problem; they gave several "explanations" for the black grout and tried several methods to resolve the issue (none of which were effective). In the end, Jernigan refused to perform the work to repair the problem and "make it right". As a result, a custom tile installer was hired to remove the shower floor and reinstall the tile. When he removed the tile, he found multiple examples of poor workmanship by Jernigan. This included (but was not limited to) a lack of adhesive on the back of the wall tiles, which allowed water to seep behind the tile, causing severe water damage. Most concerning, improper installation by Jernigan prevented water from the shower to drain correctly, resulting in black mold. My experience with Jernigan Tile was beyond disappointing. Their poor workmanship and improper installation (resulting in water damage and black mold) was completely unacceptable. Their lack of determination to find the root cause of the problem to be completely unprofessional; Jernigan Tile demonstrated a complete lack of initiative in resolving this problem. Based on these reasons, it goes without saying that I would not recommend this business.

Unfortunately by the time I had scheduled my appointment my AC stopped running entirely (so obviously it was the AC). During my Facebook inquiry they told me that it sounded like my line was clogged. I had it cleared last year and honestly had no idea this was something they needed to be tended to yearly. Not only did they charge me significantly less than what others quoted to fix the issue but he blew me away by how informative he was. He educated me on the type of system I have, what NOT to do, and things to look out for (and what to do if I see them.) I truly respect how honest the man was (my apologies I didn't catch his name). Before he tried to sell me on an appointment he gave me information on how to unclog it myself if I had a wet vac. Nobody else did that. I also want to add, there's unfortunately a lot of companies out here that try to rip off females because many of us don't know a lot about these things...this company did not and that goes a long way in my book. Believe me I'll be calling them for my future needs.

Excellent customer service - no VOC paint…read more This is my first paint job using Benjamin Moore. SW recently discontinued their Harmony No VOC paint and and their rep sent me to Benjamin Moore since they have several No VOC paints to choose from at various price points. When I drove up at 2:30pm on a Monday the place looked closed. But as I walked up Tom Jr open the door for me and I quickly understood why they have such a high rating. This place is like the Cheers of Paint stores. They know their customers and they want to make sure you get what you need. I am very indecisive when it comes to paint and Tom Jr answered ALL my questions, gave me some things to think about and provided recommendations without any pressure to buy. The next day I called ahead to place my order, paid and everything was loaded into my trunk. Wow! This place is a whole vibe, if you need paint get it from here.
