Interior The most recent owner has done some stuff to make it look more upscale, like faux interior wood flooring. Price / Value / Food I found some very good deals in the meat department. Unlike any of it's predecessors, they have Boar's Head deli meats. They have a hot bar with stuff like fried chicken, fried pork chops, mac & cheese. Apparently the offerings change daily but there's a schedule (ie fried fish on Fridays). Customer Service As usual, the customer service was top notch. The deli attendant made a mistake and sliced nearly 2.5 lbs of turkey instead of a quarter pound (0.25) and one night when I ventured in, someone from the deli had dished up portions of food and priced them without labeling the contents so the staff had no way of knowing if the containers contained sweet potato casserole, mac n cheese or what - but we all gotta give people grace in this day of struggle staffing. Overall I hope these guys stick around. They also own The Market (restaurant and seafood market).

Some of the prices are a bit high compared to competitors but shop local!!! The prices are fine when you factor in the convenience of location. The parking lot was completely done along with the interior. It's clean, modern and well organized. When it was BiLo it felt horribly crowded. My order of the Higher Bluff Burger in their Handheld section hit the spot. It was a double Patty burger with cheese, onion lettuce, tomato and topped with their made in house special sauce called Camp Fire Sauce. This came with a choice of my requested side of fries. The only thing that would have made this burger better would have been an in-season tomato slice and a large slice of Vidalia onion. But, it's December and I guess food suppliers get what they get, and we're months ago from the vegetable summer harvest. We enjoyed their onion rings with their homemade ring sauce, too. Service was quick and friendly. We will return when back in this lovely little historical Riverside city.
