I think they use a lot of IS Clinical products, which a lot of people love, but they don't do a lot for me personally. I usually leave a hydrafacial glowing and that lasts for several days (the kind of skin people comment on), and I didn't get that kind of result. Facial like 2.5/5 Sara on the other hand is a GEM. 6 stars for her. I've been on the fence about cheek filler for years. She walked me through all of it, made me feel comfortable, and didn't overfill. It's a *subtle* change that only I notice, but boy do I love it. It's changed the game for me and is perfect for what I wanted. It also helped my under-eye circles look less noticeable. I'm wary of injectors on IG who turn your face into a pillow- she will not do that. Also she's just so nice! Worth the trip out from dc. The botox wasn't exactly right, but we were treating a tough spot (chin) and trying a new product that I hadn't used before. I totally trust next time it will be perfect. As I was calling the office, Tyler my masseuse walked out to open the door. He was very polite and friendly. He led me to the office to fill out a form. I used the bathroom quickly it was small but they really tried to make it nice for customers. I also asked if the facial that came with the package, could be skipped since I didnt want to wipe off the makeup he was flexible about replacing that with a longer massage. My massage included hot stone but there was not quite a prepared flow instead he focused on the problematic areas that I pointed out in the form. I also told him that I pulled the area below my shoulder blade the night before he suggested to massage the psoas which was overworked because I use the pilates reformer everyday. He took some time to massage and relax the area. After the massage the remaining soreness around the shoulder blade was eliminated. I enjoyed their innovative focus on muscles that were not traditionally massaged or paid attention to. The masseuse was knowledgeable, patient and listened to customer's needs. The Groupon rep also stated they will be contacting the business to see what the issue is since the posting is still up for weekend classes, but obviously they are not able to deliver. After reading other reviews stating how bad the massage class is, I am glad I was able to get my money back!

Below are some highlights from my experience: - Initial appointment w/ Dr. Brown: Overall it was an ok appointment. I had to ask how much the treatment he had planned was going to be (this was my first time getting botox and filler). No before and after photos were taken (I requested for ones be taken of my nose so I could see the difference). Majority if not all practices take before and after pictures to show the patient what was done and to show the results (patient satisfaction). Additionally, I never signed a treatment plan- that is unheard of. I consider this a liability for your practice! o No f/u appointment was scheduled. I currently work in a hospital and have worked in a clinical office AND have friends who work in plastics and they were all surprised when a 2 week f/u appointment was not offered or scheduled. These appointments are scheduled to f/u with the patient and see how they feel about the results and if needed do "touch-ups" as a courtesy. o I had to request to schedule my next botox appointment (end of October) the reception did not even ask me or suggest it. This would have been a perfect opportunity for her to promote the $50 credit if I booked my future appointment today. Thank goodness I asked. - Second appointment with Jennifer: She is awesome! I'm only writing this now as I'm going to other doctors to have revision surgery and finally have the courage to do so. I went in with wanting lipo under my chin to define my jawline, instead he was extremely aggressive and said I should have a chin implant and buccal fat removal. He assured me the recovery time would be minimal but it took weeks to recover. The worst is the chin implant-which I never wanted- has caused permanent nerve damage in my chin. I can't feel the right side of my chin and lip area 5 years later. I expressed concern after my surgery which he dismissed and said it's normal. Definitely not normal as I can't feel my chin and my smile which I loved before has been permanently altered. I would never recommend Dr. Schoenfeld to anyone.
