They did a great job and a couple hours later our house was back to normal temperature. Gabriel helped us with all the coordination and estimates and seeing if the part was still under warranty (it wasn't, but I didn't expect it would be honestly.) No one likes spending a bunch of money on repairs but I'm very confident that the recommendations Jary made were sound and correct. He did not attempt to upsell me at all, which is greatly appreciated. (The estimates Gabriel sent did include options for replacing the unit, but that wasn't necessary at this time and there was no pressure to do so.) At that time also asked for an estimate for furnace replacement for which a tech was available the same day. The tech who came out for the routine check up verified our observation that the control panel of the humidifier was not working and promised to send us a quote for replacement. Guess what - quote never arrived. We paid $205 + credit card fees for the visit but never received a statement of work or even a receipt. On the plus side the techs come out at the scheduled time, seem knowledgeable, and behave professionally. Too bad they don't have time to send out promised quotes!

As a consumer, I assumed and the sales person Jonathan advised me that the new system simply needed a few hours to cool the house after installation. However, that was not the case. Since they removed my old unit, my air conditioning has not been working at all. This is especially concerning because I have two double-coated dogs who cannot safely stay in temperatures above 72°F for extended periods, Being left without working air conditioning in this situation is not something I take lightly. I called their office at **302-947-8694** and was told that someone would contact me to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, after they received more than $11,000, I have been left waiting with an HVAC system that was installed but is not functioning The biggest issue is not simply that something went wrong during installation. Problems can happen with any mechanical system. The issue is the lack of follow-up and urgency after receiving a substantial payment, especially when the customer is left without working air conditioning.
