After waiting an additional 15 minutes, a staff member informed us that the doctor was running behind and that we would need to continue waiting for an unknown amount of time. We ultimately left without being seen. This level of communication and time management is unacceptable. Patients should not have to follow up just to receive basic updates. It seems you may need to set aside an entire day just to be seen by this doctor.

From the moment he walked into the room he treated me with the upmost respect, he knew I was scared so he explained everything in terms that I could understand, he eased my fears. He then told me that I would need to have the tumor removed sooner rather than later because it would start causing problems. We made the appointment for surgery with no issues, on the day of surgery he came to my pre-op room and explained how things were going to go, and again eased my fears. He was able to remove 100% of the tumor, he made me feel very comfortable, and he explained everything to me, he came to see me everyday I was in the hospital and made sure I was comfortable and made sure that I understood everything. Even when I was finally released from the hospital and was able to go home, he'd call and check on me at home as well.
