I felt so comfortable the entire time, and that's saying a lot because, let's be honest, most people don't exactly look forward to dental visits. But here? It's different. They explain everything clearly, they're gentle, and they never make you feel rushed or judged. However, I had decided that I was not going to have the work done and called to cancel my appointment. On the message, I specifically stated that I would call back to reschedule. However, within the hour I received a call to reschedule. I picked a day two weeks in the future and scheduled a second appointment. I didn't have time to check my schedule though and had to call back to reschedule again. I again left a message saying specifically that I would call back and schedule. This time their appointment person called my ex-wife to schedule a new appointment. I called back and cancelled any further appointments, advised them that due to their HIPAA violation that I would no longer be a patient and that they were not to discuss any aspect of my care with my ex-wife. Then they decide to text her for payment on my account. I filed a HIPAA violation complaint with the Dept of Health and Human Services.
