Synergy did an excellent job of taking care of the work I needed. They were able to work around my crazy work schedule, getting me in and out in a timely manner. Since I am coming from Ridgecrest I had an 1 1/2 drive each way so it was nice not having to wait once I got there. I think the coolest part is that he was able to numb the precise area needing work instead of numbing half my face. I wish all dental specialists could figure out how to do that. I wish Synergy could open an office in Ridgecrest. I don't need anymore work now. But if they could come to Ridgecrest 1 or 2 times a month they would have a lot of patients to keep them busy.

The office is clean, welcoming, and really designed to help children feel comfortable and at ease during their visit. My son loves the TVs above the bed they lay in the get their work done. Really distracts him during his work. The staff takes the time to explain everything and makes sure both kids and parents feel relaxed and informed. I came in for a cavity on one side of my mouth and had them fill and drill a tooth on the complete other side. Then when I asked if they were gonna do the other side, they said it would need to be a separate visit. Promised when I came back, I'd get the power flosser for your gums. So I came back for the fill and when I asked about the flosser I was told that's only if I got the gum scraping too. That is not at what I was told. Literally the pushiest people I've ever met in my life. And not only did they screw up my teeth on the opposite side, I now have a HOLE there because the filling broke, and the other side still hurts. :( Will NEVER go back again!!
