Here's how they retaliate over criticism: My husband left a review on Yelp about his first time patient experience. When I called to schedule an appointment 3 months in advance to complete the expensive implant, they asked me to hold and then the doctor picked up. She explained what I already knew, it takes 3 months for the implant in the jaw to heal before adding a crown. THEN ALL WAS REVEALED. I had not yet written a review but she immediately brought up my husband's review. SHE DROPPED ME IMMEDIATELY. A ridiculous professional incapable of addressing patient concerns when it's made public about their issues. I suggest looking elsewhere. Front desk people are sweet- everyone doing the hygiene and oral surgery etc are not professional and don't speak to you in general. It is like going through a fast-food line.

I had a call confirmation the Tuesday before my Friday appointment confirming I was to be there at 4pm that Friday. In their lies they make new rules up if it does not suit them to hell with the patient. Management must refuse to pay hygienist to stay there and wait for your appointment. Mind boggling! They are delaying patient care is bottomline. It has happened now multiple times. My husband had appt later in day and lied about closing early and they did not have a spot for 3 months later. Sad part is that they will do it again and again. Due to HIPPA wont go into too much detail also had a delay in Care on a dental emergency only to be told "no" we cant check your pain or your tooth . I had to refer myself to my endodontist for emergent care. We will be leaving this dentist we kept on because of DR STOTT. Big mistake. Party of 3... out! Please do not use you will be sorry you did
