They did not - 6 times. A health savings plan means I pay the negotiated PPO fee of the insurance company. How hard is it to accept or deny a health savings plan? I assume they decided to cancel the plan because Dr Sarkissian was removed from the insurance accepted provider's website. A returned phone call would have saved me a lot of aggravation. I cannot give Dr Sarkissian a low score based on my friend's assessment of him.
