However, I do have ongoing issues with the clinic's scheduling policies. Today, I was running 10 minutes late due to work. I commute from L.A. and already have to leave early from my job to make it to these appointments. I was told they only allow a 5-minute grace period because the doctor has a long commute--which I understand, but frankly, that's part of her job. I also have a long commute. I also lose time and money when appointments are inflexible. It feels one-sided to ask for consideration of their time while showing none for the time and cost their patients invest. Especially given that this clinic is on the pricier side, I expected a little more flexibility and understanding. To make things worse, the next available appointment they could offer was three months out. So basically, if you're a few minutes late due to life happening, your child has to wait months for a reschedule. It's disappointing, because the care itself is great. But the lack of scheduling empathy makes it hard to justify long-term.

My niece came in for an extraction but Dr. NUMA was able to do 3 treatments in one visit! He did a laser gum removal to get to a bad cavity my niece had, a filling and the extraction we originally came in for- he was so quick and friendly! I think all 3 were done in 20-30 minutes! Most dental offices have you book separate appointments for each but we got everything done in one visit. So grateful!!

So I thought things had maybe gotten better. I had another appointment on 3/23/2026 for an oral…read moresurgery. I arrived for my 10am appointment at 9:52am. I did not wait too long in the waiting room, so I thought ok this is going well. I was taken back and numbed up for surgery. I had to take a break during the surgery because it was painful and the Doctor performing the dental work said I will give you a ten minute break. This was at 11:12am. I sat there until 11:56am, no update, no, "I'll be right with you." Nothing. I even gave the what's going on hands to an assistant and she didn't say anything. Obviously I lost some of the numbness due to the wait. This must have been the longest ten minutes of my life. I truly believe the issue is overbooking and rushing through appointments. The doctor finally returned and finished the work he was doing on me, after numbing the entire area once again. I asked the front office to please provide me a receipt of the dental work that I had completed. I did not expect it immediately after past issues with the same request. I confirmed my email with the staff at the front. It is now 2:45pm on 3/24/2026 and I still have not received the paperwork that I requested at my appointment 24 hours ago. I cannot leave a good review for this business because they do it to themselves. It is a simple email. Why should I have to wait this long? I did not want to do this, but now they have forced me to. 2 of the pieces of equipment that they were going to use were malfunctioning and not working. There was even a note for the assistants on the piece of equipment saying, "NOT FOR DR. AMIR." Apparently they knew that this equipment was not going to work for the doctor. Upon starting the procedure the suction was not working. The nurse, or assistant, I am not sure of her title, attemped to fix it and the doctor literally said, "that could have been blood everywhere." He was speaking in regards to the canister that they retain the blood in from the oral surgery. This should have immediately been a red flag, but after my last appointment, I needed the work done, and I wanted to leave a better review. While I was on my ten minute "break" (which was in fact 44 minutes) waiting for them to return to finish my appointment, the assistant with my doctor was asking Alexa to play music. Nice lady, did not catch her name, but slender and wear multiple necklaces. Has long nails, and a few red tattoos on her hand. To be honest, I thought she was cold in the beginning, but she was nice during the procedure when I began crying because I was scared. I cannot go back to this dentist anymore because after two bad reviews, I fear for my own well being. I tried to give them multiple chances to redeem themselves, but they continuously fail. I will no longer be a patient at this business. I strongly urge anyone who has appointments to do exactly what they advise all over their building. Leave an honest review. I will no longer put my family in their hands and I am going to change dental offices. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau in regards to their practices and care for patients. I am sorry it had to come to this. I will also advise all my friends and relatives, and anyone else I know of to NOT go here. At 2:45pm today I spoke to Leanna who transferred me to Stephanie at the front desk. After being on hold for going on 13 minutes now, I spoke to Stephanie who said she would print it out and email it to me. I do not understand why it takes over 30 hours to receive a receipt for dental work via email. I politely explained that I needed it yesterday, if I would not have called AGAIN, I would still be waiting.

I am very nervous about dental work, and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. It honestly felt more like a spa for your dental needs. From the moment we walked in, everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. You can tell they have a positive work environment, and it really shows in the way they treat their patients. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jess at the front desk. I had some confusion about the cost breakdown and she took the time to explain everything clearly. Dental costs and insurance can be confusing, so I really appreciated how patient she was and how easy she made the process. During my visit, I had a deep cleaning and some fillings done. My hygienist, Monica, was so gentle and reassuring. She knew I was anxious and checked in throughout my cleaning to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Oh was wonderful. He's personable, thorough, and takes the time to answer all of your questions. Kevin, who assisted during my fillings, was also kind and helpful. I never felt rushed, and everyone made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. My husband also had a great experience with his deep cleanings and fillings. The care itself was excellent, and he was happy with his treatment. I also appreciated the little touches that made the experience feel different from a typical dental visit. They have TVs above the chairs so you can watch a movie or show while getting work done, and they even give you a warm towel afterward that smelled like peach mango. It was such a nice touch. The only feedback I have is more about the office operations than the dental care itself. My husband's scheduling felt a bit disorganized. He received multiple calls asking to reschedule his appointments. On the day of his last visit, he was also asked to come in earlier and had his hygienist changed at the last minute. His appointment still went well, but the scheduling process could definitely be smoother. I would also recommend keeping track of your remaining balance when checking out. On separate visits, both my husband and I were initially quoted a higher remaining balance than what we actually owed. It was corrected once we brought it up, but since it happened to both of us, I think it's something the office could improve. Overall, we've had a really positive experience and this has definitely become our new dentist office. Thank you to Dr. Oh and the entire team for making something I usually dread feel much less stressful.
