Drop in use of the basketball courts ($15 per person) is from 3-10pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. They have membership pricing for pickleball and table tennis. Early bird discount prices ($5) for pickleball from 8am to 10am, with prices ranging from $10-$15 the rest of the day.

We saw a LOT of families, children's camp groups and even some disabled people's community groups in attendance! Really impressed to see that they had wheelchair user viewing areas, and also ASL interpreters! The experience was surprisingly inclusive and accessible. The vibes were A+ as soon as you enter the building. Staff are all dressed up in period costume and play their parts well -- addressing all guests as "nobles, lords and ladies". They were very attentive and funny (special shout out to Table 10's Eric). There were horse and falconry performances before the jousting began. Before the jousting happened, a large netting was lowered in front ot the guests around the arena -- to protect us from any flying debris. The program really stretches to fill the time, and throughout it all, you are served each course and beverages. Before the meal, our MC warn us about the metal dishware - meant to match the time period - and not to bang on them, and to enjoy the authentic experience of eating with your hands. Onto the food! As many have already said, it is a bit lacking... BUT happy to see that the menu actually observed dietary restrictions! Be sure to tell them when you check in. Each person has a card to indicate what their dietary needs are. As a dairy-free gal, I learned that they use SOY BUTTER to marinate their corn cobs.... which may explain why they are so soggy and sadly don't taste great. Our group purchased alcoholic drinks on top of the basic pop/soda options. For non-alcoholic beverages, they serve Pepsi brand drinks. The garlic bread was good. The BRIGHT red tomato basil soup was watery but OK. The chicken was actually tasty and juicy! Not dry as others have said. Perhaps improved now? You get half a chicken - so it's quite a lot of food. I passed on the potato. It was quite dry and I was getting full. The dessert eclair had mixed reviews: Mine was OK, but many colleagues complained that theirs was still completely frozen and inedible. Overall: Great to come once! More fun with a group. Lower expectations for food, but enjoy the vibes, service and entertainment.

I had seats in the 300 level and honestly I don't even think that's a bad thing at all. The view from up there is actually really solid, you can see the whole court properly and the energy from the crowd feels even more spread out and intense. Service-wise, everything was pretty organized. It was busy, so lines and movement around the concourse can get a bit crowded at times, but nothing unexpected for a Raptors game night. Once you're settled in your seat though, it's smooth and you can just focus on the game. Overall, I'd 100% recommend going at least once if you're in Toronto. It's not just about basketball, it's the full experience: the crowd, the energy, the location, and just being part of that atmosphere. Even from the 300s, it still feels like a really good seat. From what I remember, I kind of wish that there a bit more washroom and water fountains because a lot of people attended the sold out show. Parking was paid parking and pretty packed. There were still spots if you come about 1-2 hour early. You can transit there if you don't have a car or drive downtown Toronto.
