Every office visit has been great, and I have never waited more than five minutes to be seen. The entire staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating, and I have truly never been happier with a doctor. I had a breast reduction surgery a little less than three weeks ago, and I could not be happier with my experience or my results. The entire process, from my initial consultation through my recovery, has been seamless. My results are even better than I could have imagined, and the level of care I have received throughout the entire process has been amazing. Anytime I have had a question or needed to be seen, Dr. Fenner's office has gone above and beyond to accommodate me, fitting me in the same day to make sure I was taken care of. Dr. Fenner genuinely cares about his patients and their experience. I highly recommend Dr. Fenner and his staff. He genuinely cares about the outcomes of his surgeries, as well as the well being of his patients. I don't understand people that complain about waiting to see a doctor, because it just means the doctor is busy giving his time to his patients. Don't you want that for you? If I know a doctor is going to take his time and listen to me, I'll happily wait while he does that with his other patients. I think people also forget that nothing in life is perfect. Even natural breasts are not perfectly symmetrical. But I can tell you this, after everything my body has been through this year with a previous DMX and implants (not done by Fenner), chemotherapy, ovary removal, and then my DIEP flap (Fenner), I'm only 4 weeks post op with my phase two already scheduled, and I already am so happy with my results. Dr Fenner spent 11 hours in the OR fixing me. He has returned every call, addressed every concern, and handled my craziness with so much grace he deserves a medal. His staff is incredible. Ali is the sweetest person alive, and works so well with his patients. The front desk is surprisingly nice as well. I adore this practice and I'd recommend Dr. Fenner to anyone. Thank you so much for helping me find myself again during this difficult time in my life.
