AMAZING doctor, skillful, caring and inventive I had my 4th…read moresurgery with him after a horrific near death sky diving accident where I broke into 52 pieces and had no face. Dr. Zukowski was THE ONLY doctor who took me at this stage- after numerous reconstructive surgeries- as he understood that as a woman I still wanted to feel beautiful, not just functional. I have NO IDEA how he could achieve what we achieved- the level of difficulty of the procedures, and the problem with my skin and bone structure after so many damages- did not make his work easy. For me he did humanly impossible task and I finally can look in the mirror and like myself again. He and his entire staff are the best top-notch professionals and kind spirits you can find.

Rushing you through the process and not being transparent about your options. 0 after care. Also some really pervy comments from this nightmare doctor. I eventually realized I'm nonbinary and I like that I look a little like a monster, but I certainly didnt pay $150,000 to look like a troll from any angle except dead on . My side profile is honestly horrifying and I just try to not think about it to cope. I hope someone reads this before it's too late for them. Oh also 90% sure most of the yelp reviews on here are paid actors. worst type of care I've ever gotten.

Dr. Warner is a Fraud - Stay Away!…read more I want to warn everyone about my horrible experience with Dr. Warner. I have had three failed nose surgeries under his care. My nose is still crooked, I am still bleeding, and despite all his promises, there has been zero improvement. During the third surgery, he took cartilage from my rib, which resulted in a painful infection under my breast. Each time I saw him, he assured me things would get better, but instead, he kept injecting sterilizing injections into my nose--without any real solution. I finally told him that I would be suing him for his incompetence. Now, just because I spoke the truth, he suddenly refuses to see me. He feels threatened because he knows he has done wrong. That's fine--I'll see him in court. If you look at other reviews, you will see a pattern: botched surgeries, infections, and serious complications. He doesn't even wash his hands properly, which is why so many patients suffer from infections. His entire practice is a fraud, and he should not be allowed to operate on anyone. I strongly urge everyone to research his educational background before trusting him. If anyone wants to see proof of what he has done to my nose, feel free to reach out. Stay far away from Dr. Warner. He is a pure fraud.

I was pleasantly surprised by this office…read more One of the staff, Bogusia helped me schedule an appointment via email and she was really responsive. I had emailed on a Tuesday or Wednesday and she scheduled me for that Friday, so it was nice not to have to wait too long for an appointment. Sometimes it can feel like dermatology or cosmetic office staff are silently judging you behind their desk, but everyone was really friendly and nice. They also didn't seem to be in a huge rush to get me out the door and onto the next person. This really mattered to me because I've had a difficult time finding an office that would give me a second to think about my questions. Initially Dr. Aditya Sood offered about 25 units of Botox for my 11's. I said I usually only got around *max* 15 units. (A previous dermatologist I had in another state told me to be conservative because I didn't *need* a lot of Botox, and the more you use the more you need eventually). I explained that 15 units would last many months for me. Dr. Sood said if I had great results with 15 units then he was open to giving me 15 units. That kind of validation without much pushing was welcome since I've been to places that want to give me more Botox than I want. He did tell me that because I was only getting my 11's done, it might cause the forehead to overcompensate when using an expression since my eyebrows won't be able to anymore until the Botox wears off again. I told Dr. Sood that I had problems with fainting in the past (not from Botox but because I get anxious with needles) and he laid me back a little bit and quickly gave me the injections. I was surprised that he didn't use an ice pack to numb the forehead first, and I did ask him about it after. He said that because the needle used for Botox is so small and it really doesn't hurt much, that icing the area wasn't necessary and adds a bunch of time sitting in the chair for the patient for no reason. To be honest, I actually liked that he just injected me quickly without ice because it didn't give me enough time to get anxious about the needle! And it mostly felt like a deep mosquito bite. One of the most important things I'd like to note, is that I usually get a slight and prolonged headache after Botox. With Dr. Sood, I have not gotten a headache. The last place I went to (Illinois Dermatology Institute) actually gave me an *awful* migraine that lasted into the next day. I had to call out of work! I am thinking that doctor either used bad product, or injected too deeply/hit a nerve. Dr. Sood was so gentle and quick - he obviously knows his stuff! I'm looking forward to coming back to this office in the future when I need more Botox or would like a different procedure done. Their friendliness, customer service, efficiency and skill shines through.

It's a no-brainer. With Dr. Byun's words and support, I am a more confident person as a whole. Thank you.

He and his nurse, Lauren, took SO much time talking to me, showing me pictures, telling me about his practice, and explaining why his procedure was so unique. I'm now 10 months out and I look and feel so much better, so much more confident. Dr. Byun's office staff is also incredible. Lauren and Lindsay are warm, friendly, skilled professionals that aren't intimidating or uppity in any way. Such a different vibe than a previous doctor that I'd seen. I showed up at all my post-op visits with a list of questions and they listened and walked me through every concern that I brought in with me. Healing takes time and comes in phases, so I needed to be talked off the ledge a few times with a gentle reminder to just be patient. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Byun. He is an amazingly talented, detail oriented 'perfectionist' surgeon that performs cutting edge signature procedures that will no doubt be copied and become the norm in the plastic field. By repositioning the actual muscles in the face (not just the skin) his end results look incredibly natural. No 'wind tunnel' looks are ever coming out of his office! If you're researching a plastic surgeon, your search should end with Dr. Byun.
