The first thing Pan will tell you is how soon the work can be started. He does not string you along like some other companies. Pan was busy so he said he will send Ting. Ting arrived within the hour. I gave her an idea of what I wanted and she provided suggestions on what could be done. She even showed me pictures of items I could choose. Ting was on top of everything. If she was not there, she followed up with her crew through phone calls or pictures. She also made a final inspection to make sure everything was to my and her satisfaction.
